the store was fine just didn't have enough product we needed.

Great customer service. Carmen and Mike Bell fixed a billing situation professionally and prompt. Very painless day at the Home Depot. Store actually had workers on the floor to help customers , you don’t see that very often.

Recommend anybody to go there very professional and caring

I have encountered 4 associates while I was shopping in the store, all four were friendly and treated me like family. Each associate was from different departments in the store It’s very refreshing to come here, the atmosphere is positive and that’s why it’s my favorite store!!!

Purchased a Zero Turn mower with Novella’s help at the front counter . She will be our go to person from now on as she is very sweet and knowledgeable ! Even with every cashier stopping her during our transaction with problems and questions , Novella held it together and made it worth buying at the end .

While pushing my cart with 10-40 pound bags of water softener salt an employee Malcolm saw me pushing it and took the cart up front to the checkout and told the clerk to call for someone to load my purchase. As soon as I was done checking out Sam came and took my purchases to my truck and loaded it for me. Most of the times employees no matter where you are shopping will just ignore you and walk by. but these two employees showed they know what true customer service is all about.

No one in department Waited 30 minutes There employees were asked to get help They said they would get someone No one showed up Their lost

This is one of the best Home Depots that we visit in the three states where we go. Wisconsin, Arkansas, and Florida. It just seems to be better!

One of the better Home Depots. Charlie in the flooring department was incredible. Great attitude and extremely helpful. Carlos was also great in that department. Will be coming here for all my home needs from now on!

I the brand's and how they help if you need anything

this is my wife and i third house doing a full reno in our homes we purchased in the last 2 years and 2 homes we just purchased in the last 4 month and did a full reno and everyone special susan is great and now specially we been spending so much money in the last 4 months everyone has come to know us, and everyone treats us so nice and greets us with a smile. this is one home depot we don't mind spending 10s of thousands of dollars.

This store has always been good to me in general, good selection of products and very good help! The veterans discount is great, and applying for it is easy. compared to local stores in the same area! I have been here many years and respect the store and management! Keep up the good work!

Miss novella always goes above an beyond to make her customers happy. Our first time in the store, we were having issues at check with a cashier. Miss novella came over and was able to de static the situation. We came by yesterday to try to open a credit card, novella an Raquel both helped us by calling customer support and seeing what the hold up was. Both very knowledgeable.

# 203 is well run and folks are friendly and helpful. I was in the store on the 16th to pay for installation of gutters, my money was taken and the gutters folks came up with new rules afterwards.Its nothing to do with store #203 but the gutters folks. I am cancelling the order and requesting my money back
