Tools are locked up. Very inconvenient and slow buying experience. True of all stores not just this one. Understandable but terrible solution. Minimal thought given to solving a retail problem.

I bought this thing that I need it for a long time, tanks for home depot, for accepting me in the store and I'm very thankful.

For some reason lately, the self check out is not self check out they wanna stand in your face and check you out. It’s a little uncomfortable and I have definitely stopped going there for flooring needs because the employee that’s there to help seems to have a problem answering questions for women like he gets bothered as if us women can’t do floors. His attitude is just very offsetting.

you better know what you want when you go there, it will take at least 4 employees to get you to your item

**Optimal Home Depot for Shopping**

My experience at the Home Depot was Ok, I found what I was looking for, but nobody helped me with my search.

I will know more after the merchandise is delivered and installed to know for sure if it is good

A lot of sketchy guys around parking lot looking for work. Be aware if you pull up in a truck. Need to be mindful I saw a guy stuff his pants with a Bluetooth speaker. He ran off when he saw me in the same isle. Sorry Home Depot I’m not getting shot for you.

I had a great experience at Home Depot thanks to Michelle in the plumbing department. She was friendly, approachable, and really knew what she was talking about. I wasn’t completely sure what I needed for my project, but Michelle took the time to explain my options and helped me find the right parts without any pressure or confusion.

What can you say about Home Depot?! This is my convenient branch, but from time to time I will take a loop to Lantana/Jog store when something is missing here. Typical Home Depot, not always can find help, but staff is friendly and helpful if you find them.

Friday night at the lakeworth store#0205 I was very impressed with level of customer care and support I received during my shopping. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and totally professional. They know your product. Excellent experience here at store 0205

I went there to buy paint! When I got there the rep was serving a customer! Another customer came after me and the rep served her! So I’m thinking to myself let’s see what will happen next, because another customer came. Well luckily he served me next! I believe first come, first serve! And if she was there before me and when to get something else someone should have said something, because nothing was there on the counter to indicate that!

Every time I go there the store is Packed. It's hard to find parking unless you go before 8 AM. They have limited stock on some items like vacuums for instance. I can NEVER find anyone to help and half of the time when I do they send me to the wrong isle. However, the cashiers that I deal with at the self check out, they are sweet as can be and very helpful.

Long Hair Return Cashier Andres is Horrible. All he does is look for reason not to return things.

There were no workers to be found, the one worker in lumber was walking out the door laughing & talking with customer while I sat there waiting for assistance. The nice lady upfront called the lumber employee “Rafi”, not sure how to spell or say his name three times before he walked over to assist. After I asked for assistance he responded with “well go find the wood”. If I knew what I needed exactly, I would not have asked for help. Once he assisted picking the wood needed, I asked him to cut the wood & he disappeared for 8+mins looking for a “pen” to mark up the measurements. After being assisted with lumber, I walked around looking for additional supplies. There were 2 workers found toward the back of the store just talking to each other. I asked them for assistance & was informed to go to an aisle number. With no help, I was still not able to locate the product needed. Walked out just buying one thing, disappointed.

I shop at home depot all the time. I'm currently working on remodeling my balcony and patio. And i've been to home people four times this week alone period however, this is my first time coming to this home depot in lakeworth, and it will be the last time I shop at any home depot Because of the terrible customer service and discussing conditions of the store period there's a clerk at self checkout named Rebecca. She was extremely rude and I felt that she Profiled me and decided to search through a stack of 527 gallon storage bins. She opened each bin and laid them out across the floor after I checked out with everyone looking and I've never felt so disrespected in my life period I have purchased these bins 4 times prior to this at other home depots and never once have they opened each bin and laid them out across the floor like I was some kind of common thief. I just spent $2000 on Sunday at the home. Depot on lantana, with no problems, plenty of people ask me for assistance. I come in here to corrub. A few things and get a better idea if they have an item. That we was planning to order online and I didn't get greeted once. No one asked me for assistance and to top it all off. The clerk at cell checkout was so disrespectful. Period I asked for a manager to assist me because I could not believe what the checkout clerk was doing. And the manager Kayla told me well. I don't know what you want me to do. It's a child in the position of a manager, not willing to resolve. Or try to correct the situation at all, and I just find the customer service atrocious. Home depot has lost a customer.

I'm so happy to see a big improvement at this location in everything. Customer service and inventory
