We needed to get a GFCI Receptacle Tester and were clueless on how it worked, or even what to look for. Tim came over to help us. He explained how these devices worked and helped us to decide which model was the right one for us. Then he taught us how to use it. Tim was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We thanked him and he told us how much he loves working for Home Depot. We cannot say enough about Tim. He is a true asset to your company. Give this man a raise!

this store was very nice clean it was a pleasure to shop there I will be going back to shop there.

Thanks to Tim in Electrical for helping me find a product the wasn't in it's correct location due to an aisle numbering change earlier in the year. Customer service seems to be a priority at this store and it is appreciated.

Store is an absolute mess. Most lumber and flat carts being used for will calls returns garbage or reset. Walked entire store to find a cart, had ro remove garage off one to use for my purchases. Not a single associate offered help or even a greeting. The cashier was super friendly, all others just walked around us like we were in the way!! This store has zero standards or customer engagement on thr floor. Jason the SM should be embarrassed.

This is the home Depot that I usually shop at and I've always had good service here.

We bought a saw with a 15 percent coupon. I needed to exchange it for a different saw. The receipt clearly showed the 15 percent coupon but the manager refused to honor that coupon for the new saw. Terrible customer service. I won't be shopping at this Home Depot any more.

You need more helper like Joey. This will help you on customer service I ask several employees for help they just send me to an isle and they don't even know were merchandise is. I will even pay extra for better service I need it I'm disable and it's hard for me to get merchandice that is on top shelf. I ordered my items online and selected the Lake Worth II store. They decided that I needed to drive to 2 stores to fulfill my order. If I wanted to do that, I wouldn't order online.

At first we had a question regarding some bathroom fixtures. We asked the first associate we saw and he said that he wasn't an expert in this field but said he would go find someone that was. Less than 2 minutes he returned with another associate named is Tim. He was extremely helpful in finding what we needed and even shared a few tips on how to start the project.

Customer Service will always check other stores if they are out of an item, even though I rarely do not find what I've come there for, occasionally I will need more than the store has but they will check other stores. Store is clean. Employees do not act like they are doing you a favor when you stop them or ask where something is.

I'm used to the Home Depot stores in North Georgia, where I can find at least twice the selection of everything. When this store opened it was a vast improvement over the store it replaced, but since there isn't a nearby direct competition, it seems that corporate doesn't see the need to replace it with a larger store. There has been a noticeable improvement in employee attitude over the past few years, especially in the outdoor area.

Our local Home Depot is clean, well organized, well stocked and staffed with friendly, helpful customer care staff. We have consistently had success in finding what we need in stock. When uncertain, we can always count on the staff in this location to help us with locating what we need and/or educating us on how to use or install the products. Managers are pleasantly involved, accessible, and proud of their staff and store.

Employee needs to pay attention to customers more then their cell phones also professional verbiage or better then little bit these "GO THAT WAY", "WHAT YOU WHAT", "I DONT KNOW WHERE IS IT", and eye contact please
