Lake Worth Home Depot employees are very eager to assist customers, are knowledgeable about Home Depot products and waiting time for cashiers is never very long. It's really a pleasure to shop here.

The store is nice but some of the employees are' not friendly at all.. had nasty attitude especially the customer service person.. many times the sales persons are not helpful either you ask them questions they only point you the isle number they don't escort you to where the items are and they also don't spend the time to help either .. Seems like they have more time to chit chat with their coworker and the customers.. bad service. I feel like I've been ignore.. they don't say hello may I help you, or nothing they don't know how to approached a customers..

What ever you need help with, find TESS, she is a long time Home Depot employee and she is very knowledgeable about everything !

Like any home owner, they will always need a home depo. This home depo does have the AC selling people that want you to upgrade your system. Out of the 100 trips I've made thus far, I think I've seen them 30% of the time and they have asked me questions 50% of the time that I've walked past them. For knowledgeable people, there is a tall skinny grateful dead looking guy that has always helped me get anything I need. In the electric and plumbing section. The painting department has been iffy at best.

Home Depot stores in general, from all my experience shopping at home improvement stores, offer the best selection, best prices, best laid out, clean and best organized. What makes the Lake Worth location extra special are the superior professionalism and dedication of the staff in providing the best customer service you could ask for. All Home Depot staff are generally friendly and helpful, but the Lake Worth store just seems a cut above.

Store was conveniently located and had exactly what I was looking for to construct a patio at my condo. The associate was very friendly and helpful in choosing the materials needed to complete the project.

customer service is the best i have had. compared to other home improve ment stores never have a problem locateing employees for assistance, the store i always go to.

I was specifically looking for house plants. I found what I wanted.

In general the store is fine. One big thorn in my side as well as others is the plumbing department layout. The corporate person who dreamed up putting one size fittings on three different bays surely does not understand Pro members or for that matter anyone trying to get parts . Leave the layouts to people who know. It is not cute or makes me spend more when I have to waste a half hour looking for a 3/4 fitting in the 1/2 bay.

Everyone from the top down work to help me a customers. That's a big wow.... greatly appreciate all their hard work. Am sure it's that way with all customers.

I love this store. I live up the street and I can never go in there without buying more than I came in for! But it's always something that I can use. They have a large variety of items. And they are really good about returns. Even without a receipt, they do their best to work with the customer.

This is the best Home Depot by far! That hire great employees.

When shopping at Home Depot I never have a hard time getting good service I always get good service

I would like to thank David from the online services desk. He went above and beyond to help us with our custom flooring project HD installed. He helped load and secure our truck with the many boxes of flooring and materials. He also helped me on several visits with flooring returns and concerns after the project was completed. He handled my returns and answered all my questions or called upon the right person to help. But he made sure all my concerns were addressed in the end. PS Tell the manager, Scott, that he was wrong. David called a manager for my question about paying 15% re-stocking fee on flooring materials returned. Since you all measured my floors, I was not required to pay that fee. Another manager later credited me.

Products are easy to find, the staff is very helpful, the lines are fast.

Mike in inside garden was great he helped me get the pressure washer from the overstoke in a promptly matter so I could get back to finish my project

Love coming to Home Depot is like my second home I always find everything I need and the employees are always helpfull
