I've had consistently good experiences at HD Lake Worth. Curtis in Doors and Windows is really helpful and very knowledgable.

Although the store was quite busy, I received the personal help I needed from the greeter and the gentleman in the department to which I was escorted. The employees listened to my description with respect and took the time to explain how to the perform the project on which I was working. The bottom line is that the services of the employees was spectacular. On the other had, I can say the same thing about every visit to this store since it opened a number of years ago. If you live within in driving distance to this store, I suggest you use it.

This Home Depot was pretty organized and for the most part helpful. The service at the home Design Center was exceptional!

The Home Depot Associate Ray in Lumber and Building Materials is fantastic. He is extremely helpful and always working hard and willing to help. If I need help I search for Ray in that dept.

Last week I was searching for a speciality item and wasn't having much luck until I happened to be stopped by an employee (Brock). He asked me if I was finding everything, then he not only took the time to figure out what exactly it was that I needed, he walked me back to the area and ensured that it was going to work for me. Been going to this same Home Depot for about 35 years now. Couldn't ask for a better place to do business. They keep the store clean, merchandise well stocked and the employees are always there to assist you - even if it isn't their department, they will find someone for you. And when I bring my wife...I can't get her to leave the store. Keep up the good work...Dan

As a woman, I was very pleased with the assistance I received when I visited the store's paint department, and window coverings department. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable.

The pro desk can save you thousands of dollars if you purchase high quantities of merchandise at one time like I do. Savings just adds up.

Great customer experience. Tim in electrical is very knowledgeable and James in Hardware is awesome.

All you have to do is ask an associate for help and you will be pleasantly surprised. I asked the store manager about some LED lights that I really needed for a project and he saw to it that my lights were picked up in a store and in his store within the time frame I needed, That is customer service.

The store management is very approachable. Any time I have had questions abput products or applications they have been most willing to go out of their way to help.

Look for Maurice Sachs when shopping at this store. He will definitely help you find what you are looking for and do so with a smile on his face. Thank you Maurice for all your help.

Like I said before in survey, Shopping at Home Depot for the 2nd time today for last minute items, received a inpolite comment from cashier, Rozeane, stating, "I don't understand why people are still coming in and shopping when at this time". ( It was 8:00 pm and store is opened until 9:00 pm) Uncalled for and apparently she wanted to stand around for another hour instead of using the time to assist customers. This would make time go by faster when busy.. Don't you agree?

The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. I've been shopping at Home Depot for over thirty years and was thinking I wasn't in Florida. Florida isn't know for nice people. Especially retail. We were pleasantly surprised at the Lake Worth Store personality. Best Home Depot we've ever shopped at.
