Well located, well stocked, and well staffed

Lizzy was the person who assisted me for lawn care equipment. What a great person with such a hard working, pleasant demur. There was a bit of a problem trying to find the trimmer and blower combo kit. But between looking all over the store (with a couple of other floor reps), Asst. Manager Claudia making phone calls to see what other HD stores had the items. At the end the combo kit was found and I had a great checkout and another person help load the items on my vehicle. GREAT EXPERIENCE EVER!

I do not have to hunt for employees at this Home Depot location because there are always sales floor T.E.A.M. members available for customers to ask questions.

PURCHASED APPLIANCES FOR MY KITCHEN REMODEL. TOM WAS A GREAT REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE STORE. HE KNEW HIS PRODUCT AND WAS FRIENDLY. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. I LEFT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE AND FEEL I RECEIVED A GREAT DEAL.

This Home Depot is in a great location. Easy to get in and out of. Easy to find what you need. I recomend it.

The store was very clean and organize. I was able to locate the item that i wanted right away. I had to come to this store because the signal hill home depot was out at one time. My son and i had purchase everything there. He started a job and we bought everything that was needed for him. Unfortunately this pass may My car was stolen. All the tools that we purchase from home depot was stolen. I belive it was may 6 2019 when we purchase the items. May 30 or 31 the car alone with all the tools inside. Filed a police report, no car .We had to come to this store because other stores did not have the items. My son has no job. He can not afford the tools. The type of work that he does people that works for the company takes them .We cant aford to buy the tools. I just want to say thank you for having everything that we need when we come inside this beautiful clean store. Its the best!!

I just had one of the best Home Depot and Ridgid tools experiences ever. I have purchased Ridgid tools from HD because of the LSA (Life-Time Service Agreement.) Last week my Ridgid 13-amp 10 in. Professional Cast Iron Table Saw R4512 had a problem. To begin, dollar for dollar I still think this is the best table saw on the market for the price. I took the saw to HD, no questions asked they fixed it at No Charge and completed the work well within the time frame they had told me it would take. All of this was done without an attitude or issues. Just great service.
