Yolanda was an excellent cashier stellar customer service but electrical department needs work out of stock of a lot of material and very messy unorganized

I enjoy coming here after 5pm during the week, I can get thru real quick. Find my items and then on my way.

All employees that we have encountered from plumbing to appliances have always been very helpful.

There is no product to review because even though the website said there were plenty at three different stores all three stores did not have the item I was looking for

Larry from the garden department was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made my shopping a fun experience. Larry is so friendly, I hope he's there next time to ensure the best customer service. So very pleasant in assisting me.

I went to purchase a plant for our living room. My Wife and I pick the plant but we did not like the base so we pick another base and replanted with the new base. We are not experience inthis field but one of your associates walk us through the whole process. some customers even walk up next to us and admire the process. I have never had this kind of customer service and my wife and I were greatfull. many people inside the store admire the work that Wanda your sales associate made.

I am at Home Depot every day doing home improvements. Lakewood store has good stock and the employees are always very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a turkey fryer and it wasn’t on the floor but Wanda, a Home Depot employee, was there in that aisle so I asked her for help. She said she saw one not too long ago and she will help me find it, there was a whole pallet up top so she got someone to get it down with a fork lift. I got what I was looking for thanks to Wanda.

Wanda in the garden department went above and beyond for us. She found what we were searching for on a pallet about to be delivered into the store. Told us to return in an hour and when we did she had it all ready for us on a cart, ready to go. If you are shopping in the garden department be sure to ask for her

Helpful staff throughout. Yet, I would like to highly commend Jason (the lot tech) for helping fit a large wine barrel in the backseat of my car. Nobody else believed we could fit it in. However, we measured, angled it in, and collaborated as a team. So highly commend Jason.

Wanda from the garden department is the best. she is super attentive and helpful throughout your whole shopping experience!

If you are lucky you will get help from Wanda. She was working in Garden upon our visit. Wanda gave ever person she came in contact with a smile you could feel through the mask and excellent customer service.
