Currently undergoing a renovation and addition and am exclusively shopping for everything at Home Depot. The several times I've had to stop ny to pick up items have all been smooth. I did have one trip where I could not find an item and an associate spent about 15 minutes with me going through bins and what do you know we found what I was looking for. Had another trip where the associate even went to the back to measure my curbside pick up order to make sure it would fit in my vehicle. Great service and 4th of July and Labor day sales saved me thousands!!!

Maritza P. was very friendly she made my experience pleasant today, i was already having a stressful morning and she was kind and friendly. She showed me where the things i was looking for were at with no trouble at all. Thank you Maritza for making my day better! Your an angel!

Let me say that I'm 76 and would like an employee to walk me to the merchandise that I need. I have gone in the store asking where a certain product is and they say use 18 left side. I walk all the way down to isle 18 and guess what? Not there. So I find another employee. It would be so nice for the employee to tag along so I don't have to walk all around the store . Thank you

I live near this store, and have been going there for years. I'm constantly delighted by the helpfulness and knowledge employees have, and their willingness to walk me through projects. The checkers, the customer service staff, and all of the people on the floor, are always friendly and welcoming. The store is well run, well stocked, and always clean. I feel lucky to have such a great resource so close to home.
