Everything I have purchased in the many years of being a Home Depot customer has been more than satisfactory.

My washer delivery was cancelled on the day of delivery. I returned to Home Depot on Thursday to cancel the haul away fee. I received a text on Friday at 7 pm that my washer would be delivered between 2pm and 6pm on Saturday. On Saturday morning at 8:15am I received a message that my delivery would NOT occur on Saturday. When I inquired, there was miscommunication between Home Depot and Tempco Logistics (delivery company) that my entire order was cancelled and not just the haul away. Neither the store manager nor delivery company manager did anything to clear this up and still make my delivery happen before 6pm on Saturday.

Efficient store, well stocked and excellent personel

I had to order a replacement garage door panel. I wasn’t given an eta so I kept calling the store. Every time I called they said they would text me when it came in. The last time I called they told me it would come the next week and they would text me when it arrives. The next dat they sent a EMAIL late in the evening. I didn’t see the email until the next morning because I don’t get notifications for email. When I did see it the next dat day it had started snowing and icing and I couldn’t go get it for three days.

I went to this store to but carpeting with installation. Employees had no idea how to assist me in making this major purchase nor did they seem to care.

The employees were plentiful and very willing to help. Excellent experience.

The staff are very helpful at this location and the store is always orderly. I regularly drive an additional 20 mins past other competitors locations, just because of the staff. I've never been to this location without an employee asking me if they could help.

You have a great Pro team, Deanna is always especially helpful to me and my associates. Also, Brittany.

I was shopping in a different apartment when I asked the worker in that department if she could show me a product I was looking for. She did and she helped me load it. Her name was Stephanie. She was very helpful!

It's not this location, but all Home Depot where don't give Veteran's discount on lumber and concrete products! I wish they would ADVERTISE that also, iie..we give Veterans a Discount BUT NOT ON THIS OR NOT ON THAT..SORRY ..AND DON'T WONDER IF I "DON'T THANK YOU FOR YOUR (!!) SERVICE"!!

I was Greeted by Amanda T. Amanda had such an Upbeat and Positive attitude that it was infectious. Amanda seemed to Genuinely Car about my Esperance at this location. The Next time I visit this location I will be looking for Amanda to just say Hi and to Thank her for her assistance.

Whitney was so helpful in finding all the items we needed to try and complete the kitchen part of this project this weekend and went above and beyond to find solutions for alternative items not available on the shelf including 2 cabinets delivered to our home from a different store. Whitney is the reason that I have changed from the other folks to Home Depot. Thanks Whitney David

A bit chaotic in placement of merchandise. We have had some helpful staff when we were choosing a hot water heater. Exit door is quite far from entrance making leaving with merchandise inconvenient

The Hispanic or Indian guy in garden is super rude and not very helpful. But the cashiers and pro supervisor was very nice.

I love our local Home Depot Store . Associates are always willing to assist . Thank you for exceptional customer service and great products .

It would be nice if Home Depot hired contractors that knew what they were talking about. They could give somebody help instead of just hiring these young kids that don’t know what they’re doing.

I went to purchase 8 bags of rock for a walkway. The employee loaded them up, accompanied me to the register and loaded them in my truck. As a 72 year old woman, it was most appreciated!

She helped when we purchased our washer dryer. She also helped us in the paint department. She is wonderful! Very patient and helpful

In my profession, I make regular trips to HD #8913 in Lancaster, SC for materials and supplies. They usually have the items that I need, or they have items that will work as a "plan B" The store is close to me 20 min. away. It is not a perfect store, but I would say it is excellent store overall. I would recommend going.

Employees were helpful in finding what we needed. Checking out was great. Veteran's discount was a nice thing for them to offer too. We appreciated it. Thanks!

I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot when your employee Stephanie is at work. She helps me find whatever I need! It seems that you need more employees to work because the ones upfront just called for someone instead of help you!

I recently rented a van for a couple of days. It was a much better experience than Uhaul, Enterprise and the others. Cost was much lower than the big rental companies, and newer equipment. Would definitely use them again.

I love when the flowers arrive at Home Depot, it encourages me to get in my yard and get planting.

As an electrical contractor many of the items that I use are often out of stock or out of place and not easily accessible. Prices on some items are much too expensive for example, 4/0 4/0 2/0 6 quadroplex wire Internet # 202250401 sells for $10.56 per ft. on a 500 ft roll at the store and I buy it for $3.77 "by the ft." at my local CES electrical supply store. This is just one of many examples. I still do a lot of shopping at Home Depot but only for selected items.

Always well stocked with a variety of paints. I decided to try the BEHR product and was amazed at its bright color and texture !! I will buy this brand again.

I was lied to three times, and one of those was a store manager. Tried to sell me a beat up floor model when they had 13 more in stock. First they said they didn't have any more and they had 13. Then they said they couldn't sell me one one in a crate, another lie since if you buy online it comes in a crate. Then said the would and to go ahead and pay, which I did. Then they came to load it, and it was another floor model, no crate. I applied for a refund and left
