The store has been organizing and makes it easier to find items. HD have a lot of good sales for me and my wife.

The Home Depot in Lancaster, SC is a wonderful place for all of your Home improvement shopping. This place is very clean. Customer Service Associates are always easy to find and are very helpful. They carry most any thing you would need for your home improvement projects. We have purchased everything from wood, large area rugs, light fixtures, paint, to plants. We are happy to recommend this store.

Great service and products—friendly, helpful employees

Even though in todays world there isnt nothing that is perfect but there are things that can make a place run better. today i placed roughly $300 in lumber for a project for me and my son. upon entering the store i went to the pro desk to aquire about my order and like the time before i was sent to the service desk which i pacifically chose the pro desk upon checking out online I had to wait due to the gentleman that was pulling my order was doing his job and doing two other people jobs at one point the gentleman had to stop and go ask someone for help cause he was getting overwhelmed, to which its ok im a patient man. Finally gentleman from another department came to pull my order after it was placed almost past the 2 hour mark. I admit i chose to let this gentleman go to help a elderly ladie and another gentleman since it would of taken him a while to pull my order. i think this store manager need to talk to their employee about the meaning of team work. The pro desk gentleman seen this guy needed help but stared me and that gentleman down as he walked by to go where ever. im satisfied with the guys that did take a moment to help even if it was out of their department area. im hoping that i can get in touch with the manager tomorrow and talk to them about this tomorrow.

The Lancaster S.C. Home Depot is a great place to shop. The employees are so helpful and go above and beyond to be helpful including help with loading large items. The store is neat and clean and well organized. The shelves are usually well stocked and have a good variety of products. Home Depot is a real asset to Lancaster.

Did not have adequate amount of faucets that I needed and showed 9 in stock - but COULD NOT FIND THEM! This happened at TWO stores - definitely a problem.
