Check out at the Garden Center ,the cashier (lady) was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and caring, one of the items I purchased was Soiled on the bottom, she had the manager bring another one . She is truly an asset to Home Depot !

Was disappointed that customer service was not more accommodating in regards to selling floor model of sold out tree.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited 20 minutes with 3 associates working and ended up walking out. Laziest associate I have ever seen. A snail would have given me faster service. I guess DEI hires will turn HD into a dump eventually

Samantha and Rich did an exceptional job in the rental dept. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I had asked an employee with a orange Bib on to open a gate so I could get through and he got very rude & up in my face. Thankfully another employee who seem to know him grapped him & hauled him away.

We are remodeling our kitchen and Sue Fisher has made the process easy. Sue has provided excellent guidance and expertise. If you are looking for help Sue the bomb.

It was almost closing time and we didn’t expect much going in but her customer service was great and she helped us immensely!

She was knowledgeable of the product We told her what we wanted and the price we were willing to pay and she walked us through the products, one of which we ultimately decided to buy. She was pleasant, tolerant, and never once frowned. We wish more sales people were like her.

Home Depot Lancaster subs Generac installs to Canter Power Systems. Canter is absolutely horrible!!! Three weeks into the project and we have zero progress other than them accepting our $6.5k deposit.

Bought a whirlpool dishwasher and it has been great. Nice and quiet and cleans well!

I bought quite a few flower plants today that worked amazing and looked healthy. I usually go with my husband and he hast to pick up something . but went by myself today after work. Best experience was the customer service representative Sandra , cashier in the garden section. Made my experience beyond outstanding , and there should be more employees like her to go above and beyond, and make customers feel valuable on a regular basis. I will return to this location because of her excellent customer service..

Store inventory showed 12 of an item. I drove to store to purchase one. Bin was empty. Employee says they must have been shoplifted. I asked when they’d have more and the response was they couldn’t say. Scheduled for one replenishment but not until some sold. I say well you’ll have to zero out the inventory because you can’t sell what you don’t have! Response……Only a manager can adjust inventory…..and good luck finding one!

I needed help finding an item that was listed on the website but not on the shelf. Employees were able to locate and get the item I needed down with a forklift. Everyone was very helpful and friendly!

I went to purchase a Honda lawnmower that I had seen online,but, there was not one on display. An associate named Rianna went out of her way to search the entire store until finally finding one in storage that hadn’t been displayed yet. Then, Denise at checkout, gladly helped me fill out a form online to get a military discount. I was very happy to be able to shop somewhere that truly cares about their customers .

Loved this store for 11yrs. When we lose focus on the individual customer experience no matter how much they spend, you will loose market share.

I ordered the supplies on Monday. They did not come on Tuesday as had been promised or Thursday after that or Saturday after yet another visit to the store. Friday I found out that the order was sitting in the back of the store the entire time. Saturday the manager told me it was the responsibility of the Rock Hill store, even though the order is in his store. Problem not solved yet. Order scheduled to arrive 9 DAYS AFTER ORDERING.

The Lancaster store is one of the best, most always have what I’m looking for. Best os all it is located only 5 min from my home.

Brandon was friendly and helped me get the things I needed in a timely manner. The store was clean and in order, would definitely recommend this store for any of your home improvement needs!
