I went to purchase a Honda lawnmower that I had seen online,but, there was not one on display. An associate named Rianna went out of her way to search the entire store until finally finding one in storage that hadn’t been displayed yet. Then, Denise at checkout, gladly helped me fill out a form online to get a military discount. I was very happy to be able to shop somewhere that truly cares about their customers .

Loved this store for 11yrs. When we lose focus on the individual customer experience no matter how much they spend, you will loose market share.

I ordered the supplies on Monday. They did not come on Tuesday as had been promised or Thursday after that or Saturday after yet another visit to the store. Friday I found out that the order was sitting in the back of the store the entire time. Saturday the manager told me it was the responsibility of the Rock Hill store, even though the order is in his store. Problem not solved yet. Order scheduled to arrive 9 DAYS AFTER ORDERING.

The Lancaster store is one of the best, most always have what I’m looking for. Best os all it is located only 5 min from my home.

Brandon was friendly and helped me get the things I needed in a timely manner. The store was clean and in order, would definitely recommend this store for any of your home improvement needs!

My husband and I have been coming to this Home Depot since we moved here from California, 5 years ago. Everyone, and I truly mean, everyone is just wonderful. Always smiling and happy. They really are. Sheka Lowery assisted my husband and I yesterday in preparing for a new storm door and it was easy, pleasant and she is outstanding in her knowledge. Thank You, Sheka !! You made it FUN even. And "Thank you everyone for being so wonderful" :)

Ask Sheka lowery for anything and she'll get it done. Pleasant smile and personality to go with it. Working with her was next to none other I have had and I'm a contractor that deals with multiple people a day...........

We had a bag of soil break open as we were loading it into our truck and a staff member saw and got us a new unopened bag. She was very nice and helpful.

We found what we needed, but with help from your employees. They need customer service training. I stopped right in front of two employees needing help, they just carried on their conversation and didn't even speak, I was no more than 3 ft away from them.

During my 3/20/22 shopping experience I had problems checking out at all registers of this store. First went to the contractor check out where the cashier said she could only take customers paying in cash because her Point oc Sale credit card touch screen was not working. Then I went to the self serve registers and noticed one of the items rang up $5 higher than it was marked on the shelf. I went back to the shelf and took a picture of the price tag and then showed it to the attendant. The attendant called someone who basically said the price that rang up is the price. I disagreed and asked to speak with a manager. Eventually someone came to the registers to help and said, “ let me scan the item so I can get the price on the shelf corrected as we can’t keep up with the price changes”. The attendant corrected the price for my transaction and promptly walked away without saying one word.

Although I haven't been in the store yet, the customer service I have received through phone calls and emails has been exceptional!!

Love the products and the salesperson. A wonderful experience when you’re not sure what you want.

Generally, the service at Home Depot is very good. It's rare, but occasionally there is a little slip up. Nobody is perfect.

Clean and organized store. The employees are friendly and helpful. It’s worth the 23 mile drive from Rock Hill to shop at this Home Depot.

The assistant was very friendly and helped me with information I needed to remodel my kitchen.

The Pro Desk provides excellent customer service.

Excellent service, clean environment , I would tell people to shop@ home Depot because my visit was amazing. Sometime a person could be having a bad day or not feeling well & when one person take time out to be courtesy & friendly , it make you feel better.

Lancaster Home Depot has the best sales associates. My experiences there are always positive. They don't seem to mind helping. John in hardware seems to know about anything and goes out of his way to answer questions you may have. The hiring team at Home Depot could teach fellow merchants a thing or two about appreciating mature and knowledgeable workers. I would rather spend a few extra dollars at Lancaster Home Depot and support their mission of employing kind hard working people. I found most of the products I was looking for with assistance from multiple associates. The store was clean and well-organized. The associates make the shopping experience most enjoyable!

Generally my shopping experience is very good. I have ordered a number of items on line and that system has always worked very well.
