Elizabeth is one of your best employees yet. She has amazing customer service skills and also has a big heart. She deserves a raise and the much needed praise that she deserves.

Good location neat and clean could use some more specialist that know the business of the products.

We like the atmosphere in Lancaster, a little nicer than Rock Hill.

This Home Depot is convenient, clean and well-stocked with friendly and helpful personnel.

Today something happened that has never happened before at Home Depot...we had a very rude, unhelpful, and derogatory cashier. We encountered 4 employees today, and 3 were AMAZING. However (we will not use the employees name) made us feel like we were an inconvenience, and once we finally received our refund she had the audacity to tell us we were "lucky". She totally missed the point that we are regular customers and that she made us feel like we were not wanted in the store. Poor show indeed (therefore 1 star), but we are thankful for the others who work there, and that's why we would recommend the store.

Nancy in the flooring department is FANTASTIC! She was so helpful and made what I thought would be stressful a very easy process.

When going to this store, at least one of the employees did not have a mask properly on his face. I stated that the virus will come into your nose, mouth and eyes, to which he stated he was not afraid of virus he was afraid of the police. His mask was under his chin not covering his mouth or nose. I asked the customer service person who was assisting me if the Store required them to wear mask, she said yes. Why not require wearing the mask properly. I also observed several customers who did not have a mask on and did not see anyone stop or ask why no mask. this happened Thursday August 27, 2020 at this store.

The store is very very very clean & organized. The staff very friendly & informative.

I've always had someone available to answer my questions and make suggestions if I had doubt about a purchase. Sales person seem very knowledgeable and understanding .

All employees are friendly but the garden department employees are extremely friendly and extremely helpful concerning the plants, etc...

I can stay in this store for hours! Overall the staff is friendly and resourceful. The store was clean. Those ladies working in the paint center were SUPER!. It was very busy on the day of my visit, but they were quite professional and were treating each customer as though they were the only one in the store. The Customer Service Cashier, Alysa, was friendly and patient.

Went in to buy a washing Machine and Dryer. Salesman was polite, knowledgeable, and took care of me quite well.

The store is always clean, well stocked and has exceptional employees.

The Lancaster, SC store number 8913 does an excellent job. The floor workers seem to be very well trained in customer service and are knowledgeable of where products are located. Most associated are very friendly.

This store has more items in stock than any of the sites in 100 miles radius

Every single person working at the store likes what they are doing. I am in there very often mainly because I live so near and need so many things that the store provides. It is a very good place, ran well, managed well, and the employees match the quality of the place.

It’s always convenient visiting this store.There is always helpful employees, when they’re not occupied, understandable because the store is always busy so that’s good for business. Overall great store, products and employees.

I don't know why this comes up as Lancaster. I was at the Logansport store. That is the one I rated. Very clean and friendly staff.

Have never had any trouble finding an employee when I needed help.

I like Lancaster Home Depot because I don't have to deal with traffic like the stores in North Carolina. The store restrooms are nice and clean.
