Went to the Lancaster Home Depot as I was checking out at the landscape area. I noticed a bag of fertilizer was tore. I told the attendant and she got upset. Did not know what to do. I asked her. What did she want me to do with the bag and she just kinda looked at me, says I don’t care And I asked her do you discount this she said no and I asked her OK then I do not want it then she became very rude. Didn’t thank me. Didn’t say nothing very unprofessional.

The employees are for the most part good but my last experience there took way to long to get me out of the store. They took over an hour to get me loaded up. Made me late for my job.

I will stay away from buying Avalon products. This company has quality control issues and the company has AI generated customer service with no actual person to talk with concerning thier products. I do not recommend this company. Home Depot should look into this company and reconsider selling thier products. I do recommend Home Depot but not the Avalon company.

1.The store needs more people like Josh who is willing to use mind and hands for customers to choose the source provided by Home Depot. 2.Expand the scope of services, such as equipment rental and maintenance services. 3.The price needs to be reasonable. The same product should have the same price as other online sellers. So, there will be more and more customers.

My Mom and I searched for a 40-inch tabletop that we concluded had to be built from scratch -- a daunting experience for two 70+ women. Eddie in the lumber department helped us find the perfect materials, Nora at the cash register served us efficiently and with a smile, and J.D., assistant manager at the Lancaster Store #6651 ensured we received a fair price for the wood remnants. The is why i shop Home Depot -- clean, shoppable store, customer-centric store reps, and great value. Plus I LOVE the Home Depot DIY videos which I will reference thoroughly for our tabletop project. I have several properties and of course the maintenance never ends. The Lancaster Home Depot keeps track of my paint colors, and they are always willing to assist me, even in choosing n ew colors. I know they have everything for the homeowner or builder, however I really like the help they offet.

This is my new neighborhood store. Mostly all the employees are really helpful and friendly. They do seem a little understaffed at times, but I usually don't need help.

Everything went great EXCEPT the delivery part, took a day off of work for delivery and the delivery was cancelled by Home Depot, Never again. Lost a days pay.

This location is amazing, each department has knowledgeable assistance and the check out has actual People like Lauren to personally help you. I wont go to another store. Thank you

Went there a few days ago & was surprised by the level of customer service I received. Usually go to a different location but might change that now. * I definitely appreciate 'Vicky's' assistance with the checkout machine & she was kind about it. I appreciate her great attitude in these times when it seems customer service is dead. Also 'Christian' assisted me by loading my items onto our vehicle & he did it gladly, another great attitude. Both of them made up for the lack of registers & lack of pro desk being open. Thank them please.

Employees are so friendly

Merchandise, even low cost items, stored in cages or behind plastic glass. Employees refused to help or said "couldn't help". Called for assistance 5 times. Waited 50 or more minutes. Employee said "everyone has the combination and anyone could help." Employees running around everywhere talking to each other, but no one could help.

Ruby the cashier was absolutely amazing, she is everything a business wants in an employee. She definitely helped us out in time of need. Keep her and you will have a very successful time here. Only go to this location and ask for Ruby!!!

Brooklyn, a check out cashier at this store, had lovely manners, beauty and seasoned professionalism, at the Lancaster, Ca. store. Respect her as a lady and she needs to be treated as one; the other clerks have helpful with seasoned courtesy. I, Leonard White Jr. love shopping at this stor.

Lauren was very efficient and very helpful.

I came in for a quick purchase after work Near the end of the day and had my sunglasses on. They have readers at the bottom half but when I got to the checkout area, I couldn’t see the screen very well. Brooklyn came over and helped me with my check out which was very much appreciated. Many times when I ask for help, people are too busy or they’re very rushed or I have to wait a while while the employees finish chatting with each other. This young lady was talking to another employee, but when she saw me wave for some help, she immediately graciously left her conversation and came over to assist

Home Depot is much better than all the rest I come here because it's close and all the services are up to par except to rental which would be real nice it's all the way in Palmdale

I bought blinds for my windows paint for my walls and stocks for my charging stations and they were extremely well made and well sold will 100% shop here again

I buy from homedepot every couple of days. My experience is always pleasant! The employees say hello and are always helpful! This reflects an exceptional upper management culture.

I paid a visit to the Home Depot on 20th Street W in Lancaster and I was glad I did. I initially came in to get a key cut and ended up going into the garden section. Both the lady at the key-cutting machine and the lady, Precious at the outdoor garden was polite, kind and personable her demeanor made me feel that this was a store I would like to come back to.
