Very pleasant Home Depot to shop at. I found this Home Depot to be clean & with all the Merchandise on the shelves very neatly stocked & in order for u to see & have easy access to. The Employee's were very nice, friendly & professional & this is one Home Depot I will continue & gladly go back to shop at.

The knowledge of certain employees allows for ease of selection and compatibility!! Always ask for Steve in Plumbing for a vast comprehension of all the departments in the entire store!!! He will give you invaluable info and set you on your way with a smile. Honorable mention goes to Keashon, the customer service cashier, who greets you with a smile and very positive attitude.

The store makes it easy to locate what you are looking for and you can be in and out

HD has good parking and usually has handicap carts available. The store is well organized and laided out by product category. Staff is friendly and responsive to your needs. Store offers a 10% discount to Veterans with proof of service and to active duty personnel. Always enjoy my shopping trips to HD.

i was able to find all the products i was looking for the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and assisted me when i needed store restroom was very clean as well as the store

Clean and good prices

I was disappointed with this store on this shopping trip, as they did not have the selection of plants or had any variety of flowers that they usually do have other times of the year, and the plants and flowers did not look very healthy they were droopy, over watered, and some of them look as if they were going to die, I saw an employee cart off a lot of dead or dying plants which was disturbing but stayed at the store to finish my shopping as I did not want to go to another store to shop at the time, my next garden center trip will not be at Home Depot for my flowers and plants, but will return to use what is left on my gift certificate only as far as the Garden center. but will continue to shop Home Depot for my other needs as they have low prices and service is good as well. I am usually a satified customer of the Garden center this time I was not.

i needed to exchange a new carpet cleaner and was upset that it was defective but the store employees were so very helpful that i came away feeling good and with a new product

At this store I have a good consistent experience with the employees and buying experience, on occasion store is out of some products and some store shelves are left disheveled, all in all my shopping experience is a happy one, I would recommend this store to others I also enjoy shopping the plant nursery they have great low prices and plants that are guaranteed to grow or you can return them and get your money back, never had to return a plant yet they always grow beautifully, just wish they had more selection of plants

Nice people working there... even my daughter said that she liked the store, she's only 5. I always recomend to stop by first at Lancaster home depot, than any other!

Clean store, well stocked, good employees....but the price of paint are so expensive.

Good stores

The store itself is fine, the cashiers not so fine. Not knowing the store policy or rules this is my opinion only. The cashier was afraid to make a judgement call, because there were many people being checked out she had me stand in line for 25 minutes while the lumber department ignored her calls. I had a scrap piece of 2x6 4 feet long, which was marked in the bin $4.23 which I was willing to pay. So after waiting around, the lead cashier gets thru to lumber and decides she is going to charge me for a 8 ft. 2x6 and charge me $ 5.00 for milling. I this point I was pretty angry and told her it was in the cut off bin, so they sell me the board for $ 2.52, which she could have done 25 minutes earlier. Somewhere in this company there must be skew for a sale like this, if you sell pieces or parts of stuff, have a skew that gets people out the door, not waiting around for 25 minutes.

Usually I'm very satisfied with Home but this morning was the exception. Usually it's better but today a half dozen shoppers had to wait more than 20 minutes to access products in 2 aisles because a pallet at the top of one shelf was being moved. Several of the customers were quite irritated and wondered why actions like this can't be done before or after store hours. I agree. This is the first time I had to wait that long but when you are in a hurry and only need one item it's very irritating.

Usually always has what I’m looking for. And the employees are very nice and helpful! Makes a stressful project better!
