visit this store several times a week clean and associates friendly and helpful

The store is one of my favorites places to go when looking for plumbing supplies.

Have always found the associates very helpful. On one occasion a lady gave me a hard time but I think she has left the job.

Always use your electric cart to shop. Its easy to find what I need, but when I do need help an associate helps me. I cook out a lot and I love to go to the grill and cookout section were you have a good selection. Anything to use in cooking out can be found (except steaks), usually already have them anyway.

Always find someone very helpful in assisting with finding a product or loading any materials. Always find someone helpful with explaining the difference in products and what is the best way to go for the project you are working on.

Went to get storm door replacements for my Mom, and they recommend to have someone come out to measure before you buy. Good idea, but the contractor they used did not call before coming, and was gone when I arrived. They would not return calls, and the Home Depot was no help either. This process too 3 weeks, and had to special order one door, at double the price. Saw a different associate when I ordered the doors, and he knew what he was doing, and was very nice. Had to wait for him to come to work, but I had no idea what time he came in, which was 10:00am. There was no one to help prior to that time.

I had a very good visit to Home Depot today, when in for some tools , as soon as I got to the tool section a store assoc. ask if I needed help and he directed me to the items I was looking for

They had the GM car key I needed, cut it quickly and were friendly.

the store is always clean ans well organized, and i can easily find what I need. everyone is very helpful, I love to look around for ideas on home improvement.

recently checking on tire for a lawnmower associate helped find online the size I needed and ordered it. Had it delivered to store saved on Shipping. Checked at another company Home Depot price was lower.

We only used the gardening section and the areas were in very neat and clean condition but the service at the checkout was very very good and she was so friendly and helpful.She needs a raise. Would definitly come again.

I visited this store on 10/29/15 to purchase a door. After locating the door I needed, I waited fifteen minutes for an assistance because the door I needed was located on a top shelf. There was no associate in the door section and when one showed up he was pulling an order. He did not speak nor in any way acknowledge my presence. He was approached by another associate who engaged him in a non work related conversation and walked off. I finally located someone walking by the door section and asked for help. She referred me back to the associate pulling the order who referred me to the other associate who had walked off earlier. He informed me that he could help me as soon as the plumbing department finished with the lift, made negative comments about plumbing taking a long time while using the lift and left. After waiting another 15 minutes, I left with no door. This store is located 4 miles from my home but I will not shop there again.

I purchased a drill/driver for myself so I can complete projects on my time and not have to wait on someone else. I have no experience with this tool. Associate John walked me through several options patiently explaining pros/cons of each. I felt like I finally got the "training" I needed to be more independent when working on projects. John was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Really appreciated his help. John is a tremendous asset with regard to customer service and is always looking out to help customers. John is truly an exemplary employee!

I needed help finding replacement skews. John came to my rescue and patiently took each one and found the best possible replacement for an antique piece I am working on. I am new at repurposing furniture so his help and patience was very much appreciated. Thanks John!

There were adequate associates available if I needed help. I knew where most of my items were and one I looked for, I found with ease.

I am a teacher so I don't have a clue where most things are, the associates were very helpful. The store was clean and Ashley my cashier was awesome.

I shop at Home Depot very often. The employees are always willing to help and make you feel at home. They are very knowledgeable of the products, so don't be afraid to ask. They are all friendly and helpful.
