I purchased a Ryobi 550 leaf blower with a gift card online. Shortly after I received an email that it was out of stock and I would have to come to the store to receive my credit. While there, the customer service rep said she could re-order it from another store and have it shipped to me. During the transaction she inadvertently selected the wrong blower. I contacted the store and spoke to Jermaine. Jermaine was able to correct the issue and have it delivered to me the next day. His managerial / customer service.skills were outstanding. I was very happy to work with him.

I bought a refrigerator for a good price during a promotional period. I couldn't find such a deal in another store. Their free wifi in the store greatly enhanced my shopping experience. The only thing I wasn't comfortable with is the fact that I had to wait for a week for the special order.

Manager whose name stated with an “A” (I don’t remember full name) he was a Hispanic male. I asked if he would sale me a Halloween display because they’re weren’t anymore in stock and this location wouldn’t be receiving anymore and he said no but a few days later I went in to the store and the display was sold. I thought it was strange that he would not sell it to me, even though the location would not be getting any more. It didn’t make sense.

The supplies I needed were available. The customer service was on top of all my questions and assisted me in finding the correct supplies I needed to finish my roofing repair.

The only thing I did not like was that I was sold the lawn tractor

The manger in appliance was very unprofessional and not helpful I don't remember her name but she was a Spanish lady and said she was manager over that dept

I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from here and it was delivered in 2/25/2025. The sale was great, the delivery was great. The dryer stopped heating on 5/1/2025, yep less than 90 days. The don’t return appliances after 48 hours. And guess what, Samsung doesnt have a way of compensating. When I initially reported the problem then told me someone would be out by 5/7/2025. Then when they called back I was told a week. Here I am spent $1400.00 with 3 daughters and the dryer stopped working before 3 months.

I skipped 2 closer Home Depot stores to go to the Lancaster Tx store. Glad I did

Three front customer service people are always helpful but it seems like the ones on the floor avoid you. They don’t want to assist. They will point you in a direction and if they see you need help they will ignore you or walk the other way. Sometimes prolong working with another customer. If they don’t won’t to work, let them go. They are hurting the business. I am not a contractor or handyman. But I am remodeling my house and when the contractor sends me out I don’t have a clue as to what I need. Thank God for the handymen and contractors that are their shopping. They help out the most. No know how to save on purchase and cut cost when asked about a project . Hire some of them. The retired ones or seniors they give the best advice and love to talk

While this location is handier for me, it frequently is out of stock for the items I am needing and I end up going to another location that is more inconvenient.

The service, products are top shelf at home depot. I've never been disappointed with the service or products.

everything while in the store and ordering went perfectly! Your delivery people were SUPER!!! we purchased 4 pieces of treated wood. for which we paid top price, $298.00.. 2-3/4"--2-1/2 " plywood..only 1-3/4" is usable, the other 3 are warped, or split in several area's, our delivery driver took photo's of the top piece. the next 2 were TRASH, you can come and see for yourself. we expect a refund on these three pieces, when you pick them up..

Was told a Door knob I had bought was faulty, had the employee working in doors area. Build the whole door knob unit infront of me and let me take it home already assembled. Asked I needed help she went above and beyond to make sure I left good with what I needed.

I love this store. The employees are always helpful and friendly. The store always has what I need in stock. The store is always very clean and organized, even the ladies' restroom. This store was my home away from home for the first two years I owned my home. You can't go wrong with this store. They are fast and efficient on home appliance deliveries. Thank you Home Depot.

The sale person that helped me she was great. I had wait a little bit but there were four of us, and she working alone. Then check out person she just as good .

Today I went to purchase a appliance and shari was so helpful courteous and professional. I grab a few poinsettia on sale in and out 30mins. Cashiers were friendly and courteous

I'm not sure if she was the manager, but she greeted me while I was browsing the shelves. She was very courteous and helped me find what I was looking for. I rarely leave reviews about stores but I was so impressed that I wanted to make sure people knew about the stellar customer service here, which is becoming rather rare in the retail industry as a whole. I would try to steal/recruit these employees if I owned a business.

Been going to home depot for so many years but the young woman came up who just stands there near self check out. Comes up looked at our receipt and asked me if I scanned everything very crazy seeing at first I needed her help to remove an item that we scanned twice she clearly saw that the 3 items were already scanned.

I brought a refrigerator, and it didn’t come on Saturday, I was very disappointed 😔 I had taken all my food out an unplugged my fridge, my food set out all day long, I received a email on Friday stating that my delivery date was 11-16-24 between the time 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm I stayed at home All day waiting, no response no call, Nothing , finally I called , just terrible, I’m hoping someone will contact me tomorrow about my order….. 😆😤😤😤

HD don't always have the lowest prices shop around. You can get better prices on line

I caused minor damage to the driver side mirror, but took the “Damage Protection*”. Later Home Depot started to recover the damage costs from me. This is way wrong, and my insurance won’t cover me because my policy is personal, and this was business related. This has damaged my trust in Home Depot, and in how you rent equipment, sadly, if you care.

I went to Home Depot to purchase a shed. I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Shari. She walked me through every step and answered every question I had. When she didn't know she got help. That's when Mr. Henry came into the picture. He was so very knowledgeable about the purchase of the shed. They both made sure I was happy with my purchase and was very patient with me when we ran into a few problems but we was able to get it done. Customer Service from both Shari and Mr. Henry was one for the books. You rarely find people that will help you from start to finish. I was very happy with the purchasing of my shed and the customer service I received that day. If you do go to the Home Depot in Lancaster ask for Mr. Henry or Shari.
