First started shopping at this store when I moves to and started remodeling my older home here in Lancaster in 2004, I have not regretted one purchase or any of my many many trips and yes I did have a few returns with no problem.

I'm happy I chose this location because the shopping experience there is amazing I'm also in love with my purchase!!

I always do all shopping at home depot from construction materials light bulbs

Went in to grab Sheetrock needed help putting it on cart and 2 employees walked by me seeing me struggle and didn’t even offer to help me. I was upset cause I messed the Sheetrock up and just people was rude and it’s like a bunch of Animosity in the store

I want to thank Bruce at the Lancaster Texas Home Depot store #8976 for his excellent customer service. I went to the Lancaster Texas Home Depot store on Monday 12/20/2021 at about 5:25 P.M. and Bruce was at the cutting station. He cut some boards to the exact length that I needed. He gave excellent and friendly customer service.

They need more staff on their busiest days; however, Home Depot is in a great location, it's convenient and they offer so much for home improvement.

This store always has employees available that are knowledgeable to answer my questions!!

If i want something i come here, they always have what i need and are always in stock. Employees are kind enough to bring down items you need with a forklift that are unreachable to customers in a timely manner. Returns are fast and easy and if i need to check out in this section they are gladly to do it. I never see items that customers leave in another area of the store, the staff is on it as soon as it happens to where you don't see it.

Staff clueless as to where their merchandise is or if it's in stock. Hard to find staff in lots of aisles. I was there mid afternoon. Didn't find what I was looking for after being sent all over the store.

I really like the people in this store. They are there to help but not intrusive.

Managers need to train employees and assist with hands on training. I was making a large purchase and yet the mgr could not be bothered to the come and help the cashier ring it up even though she was having such a difficult time of it. The purchase took a very long time and made my shopping experience very difficult.

Hazel #5, provided great customer service. Worked very hard in providing me service on the product I was searching for.

The store is conveniently located. My only complaint is they need to have more staff on the floors ready to assist their customers. Lack of staff is a HUGE problem at this location.

Cashier Destiny is the best!!

The manager needs to speak to the online order pullers. There’s no reason I should be able to come into the store two days after placing an order and pull it myself because my order still shows processing, but there are several items readily available on your shelves. This is the second time this has occurred.
