Sadly, I cannot recommend this store. I need salt for my water softener and this is the closest place. This time, they had one bag only! Last time, in order to get for bags, I had to climb up onto the second shelf and pull them down from the back of the pack. This was after negotiating around Black Friday storage! Yes, I asked the cashier call for help both times. Both times it never arrived. This time, a guy did come and tell me that they were out however I had to climb the employee ladder to get his attention.

Great service and workers very friendly

The outside of the store was very dirty ,the customer service was lacking.the only reason i went to the store because it opens at 6:00 am.

You need more employee like Denise Great employee a great person

The best thing about this store is Denise in checkout. She friendly, professional, and has my tax exempt number memorized. Denise is the main reason I shop this Home Depot

They always have plenty of stock, no matter what I am there for. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean with no kind of hazards in the isles to cause injury. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

I would like to bring two exceptional employees to your attention from this store. No one else asked if they could assist me. Brenda was my cashier and she was very quick at the register and so helpful. I needed assistance to get 10 bags of mulch as I could not lift them and she called for assistance. A young man named Cody came to help. He was very friendly and even loaded the mulch into my car for me. I was very impressed.

The sole reason for my rating is the exemplary customer service that I receive from the store manager Jon. There are times when it's more convenient for me to go to another location, but I still will make the trip to this location because I know if I have a question or need assistance I can go to Jon and he will make sure that I leave his store 100% satisfied.

Most the time this store is the better of all the ones near me but this last visit had me highly upset. Took over 45 mins to pull my purchase from the shelves after I purchased it while all forklifts where not being used they where just sitting there

very helpful and knowledgeable about products in the store. I found what I needed and they were welled stock.

I spent time in the garden center and the employees were extremely helpful to me and my grandchildren. They helped me locate bags of soil I needed and even loaded my car.

Would never shop here or any home depot EVER agian

The store is well stocked and always free of clutter. Employees are always helpful, from the garden center to renting uhauls. The restrooms are very clean and inviting. How many stores can boast about that. This has been my store of choice since 1994, heading there soon for bath tile.Their selections a.re great

This is a great store to shop at in a great location. The customer service here is outstanding with experienced salesman/women. If you need other further customer service, just ask for Will. Great guy indeed!!! :-)

Everyone was customer service friendly.

This is not like the other homedepot stores with friendly staff that is willing to help. Its almost like everyone had an attitude if u asked them something

I needed a pallet of stones and know was around to help. Eight diffent employees said they would help but never did. Two managers were called but never came to resolve my problem. When brittany trying to help me did above and beyond. She tried getting the help for me no one came. Porfirio finally came and said he had 4000 in stock so I paid and after waiting he said sorry we are out. No store credit to look at another location no attempts to help me with all the headache they gave me. I will never come back here!
