Ample parking, well lit lot. Aisles tend to be wider and a little less cluttered. Store is well staffed; employees are generally helpful. Several career staff with lots of expertise. Has a tool rental store that is well stocked and staffed. Tool store and garden center have a separate entrance. Nice music on the PA system.

Darrell, the sales associate helped me to select the right product at the right price - instructed me on use and how to make it work for my needs. He not only helped me to select the right product but acted as the cashier and loaded the item in my car. He was a great help. Without his help, I would have purchased the incorrect product which would not have met my needs. He is an asset to the Home depot store in Lanham. I will definitely come back and seek him out for advice and assistance.

Overall the store is just ok, if you know where you are going in the store you'll be fine. But if you need assistance it's hard to find someone unless you stumble upon an associate already helping someone in that department. Don't turn your back or look way because that associate that was helping the other customer will disappear in seconds!

The store was adequately stocked for Black Friday and did its best to maintain fairness of distribution of the poinsettias on sale even though some customers made it difficult to enforce the 12 max.

This store has the best employees they are all professional, kind and caring. The lady at the paint counter and the associate (plumbing) was very extremely helpful. The cashier for self-checkout handled my checking out since the other lady was extremely busy.

Every time I visit this location, which is monthly; I am always pleased. The store associates are always pleasant.

The store is not usually crowded, the associates are friendly and ask if you need help. I buy everything I need for my houses or supplies for work. I buy all the tools I need for work at Home depot. Checkout is always quick and friendly, especially with self checkout. I use regular checkout sometimes just to talk to associates.

I drive further to come to this Lanham HD location over the store that is closer to me in Capitol Heights mainly because of the safer location and the friendliness of the HD associates. There is a cashier, Shelley, who assisted me during checkout who was very professional, pleasant to work with, friendly and helpful. I was purchasing some trash bags for leaves and small branches and she recommended the construction bags instead of the bags I was purchasing. She was just so nice to deal with in the retail environment - thats not always the case in many stores. I've always found the associates at the Lanham location so friendly and helpful, always makes me come back to this particular location over any others.

This store is close to me I use it often. Each visit the associates are polite professional and very help full when I need them to be. The store is always stocked . I have no problem the operation works

The sales associates at the paint counter were very helpful--I showed them the colors I wanted and described my idea, and they helped me match the paint colors and the gloss/satin types for the best effect for my home project!

A number of associates were friendly & available, however Denice in customer service was the best.

I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the store associate. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had my needs met when looking for the item that I had hoped to find.

Before I even got in the door I was greeted by an associate who saw that I was on crutches and needed help carrying what I brought in. He did it with a smile. In the paint section they were so nice, greeted right away, wished me a great day, checked back on me. Just so kind. Meanwhile Robert offered to get the items I needed so I did not have to walk across the whole store. He waited at the checkout for me and carried my paint to my car. He was so amazing I hope he gets employee of the month! I was greeted by every employee I came within several feet of. This store is absolutely doing something right. It made my day to just come in here. I will absolutely find an excuse to go there again!

CLEAN STORE BETTER THAN CENTREL AVE STORE!! GREAT LOCATION

Home Depot is deiffernt than my childhood memories of hardware stores.This store has a greeter at the door who knows where everything is located. No more wandering around the aisles looking for things = yeah! And I love the vast selection - from plants to paint to cleaning supplies to home decor - one stop shopping for everything I need.

Generally the store location is very convenient, and most importantly the associates are approachable and knowledgeable.

This location is one of the best Home Depot's in my immediate area. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the store is clean and organized. Whenever I'm there, I'm usually in and out because I'm able to find items quickly.
