A great place to improve your home

Great store, neat and organized, always can find what you need. Friendly employees, especially Monica at the pro desk, she really goes above and beyond to make shopping at Home Depot a great experience!!

Since moving back to FL in 2018, I have latched onto the Largo store for a great majority of my home/garden needs. I live closer to another HD store, but the personnel and customer service keep me coming back. Why change when you have a good thing? Whether it is Stephanie, Melanie, Doug, David, Bill, Nettie, Teresa, Nate, Sean, Chris, Rob, etc,... these are the folks that deliver. Great store!

I went to the plant section and realized I needed a cart. Bree had someone bring me a cart to assist loading my plants. Her demeanor was constantly pleasant and cordial. She assisted in picking out a few plants. She provided me a plastic liner for the interior of my vehicle to keep it clean. My contact with Bree was a pleasant experience is she is an asset to the company.

Jim and others in the flooring department went above and beyond to make sure I got the best product at the best price. There is a good selection available to have installed in a short period of time.

I don't have much good to say about department employees but when you go to pay and the clerk is a bubble of sunshine it makes you feel better about spending your money there.Thanks Bree

When a customer and comes back and says they did not get a item just because they can't find their receipt does not mean that did not pay for it..All this over a large bottle of Dawn.

The store usually has everything I am looking for. Whenever I buy on line, the order is exact and prompt. Employees are always helpful and polite.

Cashiers during this very stressful time were stellar and professional.

Even with Co Vid 19 social distancing, it doesn't take that long to get into the store. The employees wipe down the carts.

The store is always pleasant, work part time for Home Depot; so familiar with layout and employees. Even before working for HD, always was was a constant shopper. The company just resembles a construction based business, with materials and product for the self starter or a contractor. Great job.

Even though I live much closer to another HD store, I go to the Largo store. Why? Personnel!! Since moving back to FL in 2018, I have made this store, my "home" store. No matter what department in which I needed products, there was an employee to not only provide the item needed, but additional information to make sure I was selecting the correct application.

If you rent equipment from this store - you should double check that it is fully functional, has full tank of full for gasoline engines and have the staff show you all of the parts and accessories needed to properly operate that equipment. DON'T take their word for it.

Outstanding Customer Service from the Greeter at the Front Door to the Staff in each Department to the Cashier's.

This store is well managed with a lot of good people ready to assist when needed. It is indeed my favorite Home Depot. I have been a regular customer for over 25 years, very rarely do I visit other stores.

Service was excellent, found everything we needed, prices were fair Purchased an extended warranty - no brochure - information provided at checkout- cashier informed us to go on line (no website) and register Went to Home depot website, no mention of extended warranty information

I notice a great change in this store over the past 6+ months in the attitude of the employees, the stock on the shelves, and the cleaner inviting shopping experience.

The people who helped me on 2/16/20 were exceptional! I will definitely go to this store again!

I have been happy with this store and in the last 5 years have spent about 40k remodeling my 100 year old home. Today for the first time I was told I could not get my military discount at the pro desk; why?

The store is always stocked with the products that we required for your renovations.

Great home depot. They have absolutley everything you could think of. Like the old general stores did many years ago that my Grampa used to tell me about.

The store is well stocked and clean and organized..when something needs to be moved by forklift,the safety of customers and staff is flawlessly monitored...of about 30 home depot stores i-ve shopped...#6321 in largo fla. Is a list leader in multiple areas...

This store is so organized rather it's busy or not Customer Care on the floor will take you right to what you need and customer service checkout is always Pleasant

We were able to shop and buy appliances with satisfaction. We had a great appliance expert whose name is "Mikie."
