Went in two months ago looking for lock. Employee assist was excellent and I purchased lock and a key fob. Went back on 06-10-2025 to price AC. Had wonderful chat with employee and ended up getting a water cooler.

Helpful employees and good inventory .

I had a great experience at the League City Home Depot. The staff was extremely helpful and greeted me every time I passed by. I walked through several aisles and was approached by three different team members, all of whom asked if I needed help finding anything and made sure I was taken care of. Everyone was polite, welcoming for me and my yorkie puppy, and truly focused on customer service. Absolutely a 5-star experience!

I asked the gentleman customer service representative to print me out a receipt so I may use the warranty my refrigerator has. He told me there is no way to look it up, but 2 months ago the customer service representative looked up a receipt for me and pointed it out. This item was purchased 5 years ago. This gentleman seemed very agitated. He was of no help to me. He was not interested in helping me out.

Smaller carts are easier to maneuver and do not block the aisle - especially for seniors. Thanks

The customer service @ 1853 is always top notch. Always polite, big smiles, helpful and on point. Mr. Wash in the paint department is always coming through...

Had what was needed first trip

I am so glad Glenda Tolliver is back managing the store. she is a breath of fresh air and she brought the store back to its former Glory. In-stock is accurate , aisles are clean and maintained curbside goes above and beyond not like before it was chaotic and all over the place. I cannot wait to see what she has in store for 1853. Keep the light shining Glenda !!!!

Everytime I go to this Home Depot, I'm treated like family. I love the helpfulness of the staff and friendly nature of all employees there. Wonderful place to shop for plants, household needs, and pesticides.

Pretty much your standard Home Depot. I enjoy using the app to help locate specific items beforehand or even in store. Always pretty clean, and free of obstacles. My go to store for sure for home improvement needs.

We had to send 1st refrigerator back because of damages… we were initially given a 20% discount for have to wait for a replacement. It was posted on our credit card and then taken away. So we had to call back again to get the discount reposted… we saved some money but it was far from being readily available and had to follow up on the whole financial thing

I was on my lunch break and had looked at my local Home Depot and they were out of the small storage containers that have been trending. I was able to get the quantity from the League City Home Depot without any problems. I was greeted and assisted rather quickly.

My cashier was awesome! She was very friendly, helpful, and gave me the nicest compliments. I'll definitely keep shopping at this location.

Found all the cleaning supplies I needed to clean my rental unit. Michelle was a great help finding all the products I needed with no problem helping .

Purchased 48 bags of mulch and had them delivered. HD had a special on the Scotts black mulch and I got a great good deal. Everything went perfectly smooth. This by far my favorite HD in the area.

I have been making several trips to this location of late. I have had a great experience each time. If they don't have what you want, they can have it for you in a couple days. Great customer service too.

Store appliance attendant told me that item was not available in the store but could be ordered online. The price was $5.15 online and $30.50 delivered to my house in 3 to 5 business days. Ridiculous! HD needs to stock replacement items for appliances they sell.

I highly recommend Home Depot for appliance purchases. I worked with Kimberly Bell. She was intelligent, efficient, Informed, and pleasant. She listened to my needs. After her informed feedback I was able to choose a Washer In less than 15 minutes. In another 10 Minutes she gave me good information on delivery… Set delivery up and I was on my way. Delivery gets in touch the day before…. And they keep you informed as to where You are on the schedule.

Did not deliver to our home the stove top and washing machine we picked at their store. I've got dirty clothes, a wife in hospital with cancer, and a new washing machine sitting out in garage that they could not install and it has an "agitator". The one I picked in the store DID NOT HAVE AN AGITATOR.

I feel confident I will get good help when I visit the store.

The entire team, from sales associate to customer service, went above and beyond to help me. Everyone was knowledgable and pleasant. I will definitely shop at this Home Depot again.
