Best Home Depot in town…and I LOVE Home Depot
From the tool rental service employees to the floor, help to the checkout employees this Home Depot has the best train staff in the city. Everyone is respectful of every single person who comes in, no matter if they speak English or not, everyone feels respected and professional. Every day, master gardeners, and general citizens like myself feel like 1 million bucks when they leave this Home Depot. That is so sweet.

    Great service at the appliance department
    We tried to buy a refrigerator in a hurry because our own unit just stopped working. Normally, the delivery team/vendor can only deliver it on the next day. The store manager stepped in and helped us to get it delivered by lunch time. We are very grateful for their understanding of our urgent needs and willingness to find help for us. Everything worked nicely and their service is beyond our expectations.

      Bad Shrinking Garden Hose
      I purchased the shrinking black garden hose last summer. This spring when I tried to use it. I found that THE PLASTIC MALE THREADED END HAD BROKE IN 1/2. Hose unless. Poor decision on my part to have purchased but more importantly bad choice of product for the Home Depot to sell. Needless to say as an after the fact. The Home Depot no longer sells it. I got the bobby prize on this. I would expect the Home Depot when they finally realize a product is bad they need to let the customers know who purchased this product that they bought a lemon and have them return it for a refund and then the Home Depot should go after that manufacuture. Very Disappointed.

          They have what you need
          I made lots of purchases from remodeling my kitchen to doing my floors. My new project is painting, They have what you need.The Staff is very helpful

            1 Star - HTF Deck Sander - Avoid for Floor Refinishing
            Completely inadequate for removing floor finishes. After 30+ hours, only 60% complete on a basic 1,500 sq ft job. Spent over $500 total ($403 rental + $100+ in sandpaper) for equipment that simply doesn't work for hardwood refinishing. Staff wrongly recommended this for finish removal - it's only suitable for raw wood. Turned a simple two day project into week of frustration. Don't waste your time or money.

              Employees seem to be disinterested in greeting, talking with or assisting customers. Worst of all no manned check out stations were available at the time of this visit. The only available check-out stations were self check-out stations. Discounts should be given to customers who self-checkout; otherwise, hire a few more employees to man cashier stations.

                      Impressive Store
                      This store looked immaculate on a Saturday morning. The isles were not cluttered, everything looked very neat. The displays in the isles, especially the front isle that runs the length of the store, were very neat and in order as if they used a straight edge the entire length of the front isle. You can tell the whoever is arranging the store takes pride in this place, i noticed this as a big difference from the other stores i visit. They only had one Drill/Tap bit and i was looking for two anticipating wearing it out. No matter, i drilled over 200 metal holes and the bit held up... all good...

                            Poor service and inventory
                            Go to other stores if you’re able. This one has the worst staff, always just talking to each other or on their phones. They never greet you or offer to help, and if you ask them anything they usually never know (one time an employee literally just said “I have no idea” and walked away). Have had a number issues with items not being in stock as well, several times when the app shows there should be inventory. Again, try other stores if you have a choice

                                I suggested to an employee that he should assist an older female employee moving a pallet full of water through congested isle and he suggested I helped her. I later found out the employee was a manager.

                                  Customer service
                                  Employees at Home Depot need to know every department is their Department. Stop being lazy if someone ask you for some help. If you can pull down something for a person do so. I promise you they ran around and would not help but just employees together just laughing talking and joining one another like they was on break but it was customers out there just scrambling for themselves. Not good it was one worker Miss Paula she helped me she was even hunting for somebody from the department but she went on and helped me find what I needed thank God for her.

                                      The customer service agents are extremely rude
                                      I went to check out with real people two days in a row which were fine. Yesterday, the small guy with a pony tail and pentagram tattoo on his neck was very rude and so were his co-workers.

                                        The online inventory is mostly incorrect - They usually send a message after 30 min saying that the item is not available, and the money is refunded !! they do not suggest any alternatives

                                          Terrible customer service at Lemmon store
                                          Went in on Sunday looking for a simple mirror I could mount on back of closet door. Asked two different employees who were doing nothing where to find. Finally found but needed mirror hooks to hang it. First asked two employees who were chatting and they directed me to correct aisle but when could not find, I asked the three employees near checkout who were also busy chatting in a huddle. They again told me the correct aisle. Still couldn’t find so they “called” someone. Ten minutes later no one. Asked again and said they had already called twice. Finally found an employee who appeared to be working and not standing around or chatting. She did help me find what I needed but then scolded me for not using the app. Frankly, I just wanted to run some errands and not be wedded to my phone. In all I interacted with at least 7 employees who had a busy shift chatting with their colleagues instead of help customers.

                                            I was looking for a battery and could not find it anywhere that the app said it was so I asked an associate who happened to be the Assistant Manger, Tina, and she did not give up until we found the item. I have never experienced customer service like this before and will definitely go back.

                                              Horrible Customer Service!
                                              HQ should consider changing operational procedures in the stores. Focus on customer friendly practices. For example, provide old fashioned customer checkout with an employee. The assumption that everyone wants to use self checkout is ridiculous and a company of this size should know this. Yet, customers complain about it as they are checking out, but employees are too busy chatting to even notice. Train EEs to become customer focused. It’s an insult to customers to wonder around this big box store looking for a product, and no one stops to offer assistance. Recognize that there is a difference between convenience and brand loyalty. The latter is what your chief competitor has achieved.

                                                  We needed a 200 gal water heater installed and the failed one removed. At Home Depot we got a great deal at half the quote of the plumber we normally use and a perfect, fast installation.

                                                        If you can work with Suzy for home remodel and or Stacy for paint guidance these are the two best employees that know their stuff, they are dialed in at this location, they are responsive, have great follow up skills and more than happy to always help!
