We've been building a house and getting a lot of required things directly from the Home Depot at Lenoir City and online through HomeDepot.com. Whenever we need to return or exchange an item this store just opens up their arms and helps us. No questions asked. No hassle. Just "How can I help?" We go back time after time, because of their prices, selection, and AMAZING customer service.

Looking for the perfect rubber mats for the barbecue area on my new deck and for an old fashioned hand planer to fix a sticky door thinking I wouldn’t find either, I was wonderfully surprised to find both. Daniela helped pick out the right sized mat it the material I wanted and Jerry showed me two choices for the planer.

This store is always nice and clean. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. I prefer this store for all my home and garden needs!

Needed a hot water heater replacement. I know nothing about them. Employees were great to take the time to insure I got what I needed.

Tim at the return desk was very helpful in returning an item when we did not have a receipt, only the shipping receipt on the front of the box. He figured out patiently where the order number was on the shipping receipt.

We live about 45 minutes away from Store #0740 Lenoir City, and didn't mind the trips to shop, order online, wait for all of the order to come into store, pick up our order of over $1000. which is a lot for us. We are remodeling a lower-level walkout with our son and his wife so we have a Retirement Suite as we are in our 80's. Everyone we have worked with in all departments have given us the utmost assistance with the department knowledge they have. It is great that you have great associates that are well trained, knowledgeable, courteous and genuine. Thank you for being there for us.

Mr. Mike R was so kind, patient and helpful today during my visit. I do not know much about tools and I was lost trying to find what I was looking for.. Mike R. noticed and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and more. I was impressed by his product knowledge and ability to make things make sense. Thank you Mike R!! I will do my shopping here from now on bc of him. He exemplified what genuine customer service is all about. That’s hard to find in America these days.

Returning an item was a snap, items were in stock, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

From the time I entered to leaving, I received exceptional assistance from several employees in obtaining the products I needed. I appreciate the efforts provided. Not a big fan of having more self checkout than the normal methods. Several employees standing and willing to help (being paid) while customers do the retail portion of the checkout. I support self checkout but it isn’t always customer friendly.

Asked to borrow a pen to jot down some item info from customer on my phone and although Freda had a pocket full of pens she said no and told me to go to the service desk. Wow. And no she wasn't busy.

Home Depot has been there for all of the upgrades to our home. In the past 2 years we have gotten all of our kitchen appliances, new flooring throughout, new kitchen counters, and 2 washers and a dryer. Great people!!

Shawn Boothe at the Lennar City Home Depot is the most PROFESSIONAL and FAIR THINKING managers I have ever dealt with. The should be cloned and put in management roles in every store!! I went in EXTREMELY frustrated (over a lot of bad lumber) and when Shawn was finished, I left as happy as a lark and glad to go back and buy more. 5 STARS for Shawn!
