This new Milwaukee light is amazing
I bought this new 18volt Milwaukee light over the holiday’s. Don’t no how I went with out for so long. The Light is super convenient and is very bright. Awesome tool my only complaint is does use quite a bit of battery but still an amazing tool

Is it there or not?
I wanted an iron supplement for my plants. Your store app listed every kind of fertilizer sold by Home Cheapo around the world. Not useful. No luck. That store doesn’t have any.

Return policy
I picked up a new stove and was never told that it had a 48hour return policy. When I tried to return it on the 3rd day that’s when I was told about the 48 hour policy. The manager refused to be understanding or flexible. I’m very disappointed in Home Depot.

Awesome employees
I was helped by two wonderful employees at the store, Keani and Scotty, I highly recommend going to them for your needs. Keani works in the electrical department and probably other departments as well, and Scotty works in the paint department, they are both super knowledgeable and so helpful! I always love my visits to the store, but this one in particular was special. So a special mahalo to them!

Beyond just helping.
I have been to the Lihue store twice in the last few weeks. Henry in lumber has been there both times. He is kind, caring and beyond helpful. He spent many minutes helping me get the woods I needed as they were too high and needed a lift to be brought down. He was very personable and enjoyable to work along next with he deserves a shout out for outstanding customer service.

Great store, delivery process needs improvement
Bought dishwasher from helpful employee, smooth, easy process. Email said to expect delivery between 6 a.m. and 8 pm. But truck did not leave warehouse until 8 am, and actual delivery was 9:30 am. If you get email to expect delivery at 6 am, do not believe them. Nothing delivered before 8:30 am. They should fix this easy misdirection.
