great selection but!
I tried to purchase a kitchen window shade that needed to be cut to size. The store’s cutter was inoperative so I could not make the purchase. The clerk stated that they had no idea when it might be repaired. This was disappointing to say the least.

Super Star Employee Jenny O in plumbing
I have always had good luck finding great employees when I shop at HD. But yesterday I met Super Star Jenny O in plumbing!
My landlord asked me to buy a certain product. Jenny helped me look, asked other employees and even went on Home Depot website. It turns out the product was under a different name.
Jenny walked me over to the paint department. Jenny even suggested I wear gloves to avoid chemical contact.
The whole experience with Jenny was positive, upbeat, friendly and helpful. She excels in kindness and eye contact. I really appreciate Jenny and the positive experience I had. Thank you.

Great Service
I am from California and visiting my daughter who lives on Kauai. I bought some curtain rods for her home. The store had a good selection and the employees were very friendly and helpful with helping me find other things I needed. Keep up the great work!

Please do not sell poisons!
Home Depot is selling Round Up and other poisonous products which is very inappropriate for supporting it’s customer’s health as well as it is a detriment to our environment.

Roland was very knowledgeable and helpful
Today, we had to buy a new washer after our 4 year old washer had issues working properly. We had to purchase an "on island " rather than a "special order" due to using our washer on a daily basis. We had many questions and Roland was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of things to think about. He helped a lot and was very patient. Mahalo Roland!

Amazing customer service.
Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Returns rep Marissa and hardware rep Roy went above and beyond to ensure that we had the correct tool and were satisfied with the replacement. They were awesome.
