My experience with the paint department in the past 13 years living in Lincoln has always been helpful. Employees share their knowledge on how to properly apply paint and what temperature is best for painting.

Great store. I came to know the people. They are very helpful. I maintain 2 homes. Home Depot personnel always provide good advice.

I love shopping here for all my needs would like to see more employees like Angelo Andriani Jr he sets a great example of a hard worker and how other employees should be

Everyone at the Lincoln, CA Home Depot is wonderful! They've always been friendly, courteous and helpful. I get up to all kinds of projects, from plumbing, lighting, fixing walls, painting, remodeling, artwork, furniture, re-wiring an antique lamp - you name it. I usually have no experience with new projects and the employees here have taken me around, helped me get all the supplies I need and even given me tips on how to do it or where to find needed information. I bought a ton of products from Home Depot. They're good quality. Whenever I had an issue, they helped me promptly and efficiently. The only paint I (or any of my extended family) use for the house is Behr. Behr is superior quality and I've tried most paints out there. One coat provides amazing coverage. I not only use it for the house, I use it on furniture, I do a ton of artwork with it, I paint crafts like birdhouses. It holds up well to wear & tear and I'm tough on things, as are my dogs & spouse. I recommend Home Depot in general and this store in particular to everyone. I also recommend Behr paint. Behr & Rustoleum are the best!!!!

Shari Brooks is such a wonderful girl to work with. I am so glad to have met her and I feel I now have someone I can truly trust when it comes to helping me with my purchases.

We have started shopping at only Home Depot over lowes because of the friendly employees. One stands out above all the others though. Shari Brooks in the appliances dept is the friendliest, sweetest, most knowledgeable, honest, and hard working employee at that store. She knows my wife and I by name, and will help us in any dept in the store. We would be shocked (and disappointed) if they don't eventually put her in charge. Nobody deserves it more. Don't just take our word for it-go see her the next time you're there and you'll see what we mean!!! Thank you Shari for all you do!!

Horrible customer service. The products I needed were damaged. I was told to go and use self checkout. Because the cashier needed to sign up a customer for a credit card. I had to go and do a price check myself. The manger on duty was an older lady who was condescending and fake. My money will be spent at Lowes from now on.

Looking for new carpet and Angelo and his team made this an easy process. No question too small and did not feel rushed.

Home Depot #8571 is my go to store for maintaining and improving my home. I can always find what I need and get great advice for how to proceed. The employees are knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. The store is well maintained and adequately staffed. This is a great place to go for anything you need for your home.

Love having our very own HD in our "little" hometown. Service always friendly and professional.

I was so very disappointed in the lack of customer service at the Lincoln Home Depot. I live in Lincoln & want to support businesses in Lincoln but my experience was not a pleasant one. The cashier in the garden center was rude and all the sales associates inside were talking to each other about their breaks. I had to lift my own bark & garden soil into my car. When I asked for assistance to find a product I needed for my home it was as if I was interrupting their day. I shop at the Roseville Home Depot & have always had amazing customer service & will continue to shop there.

Once again I have had a wonderful trip to this store. It is all due to Appliance Specialist Shari Brooks. She's such a joy to see and talk to. She's by far the best employee in the store.

The service we received in the Flooring Department was excellent. Angelo was extremely helpful, answering our many questions and gave us suggestions to aid us in our choices. Would definitely return to the store for any further home improvements.

Very poor customer service

From the your first step into the door some one is there to greet you and direct you to the right department, and once you are in your desired department they bend over back wards to help you. Great store I shop there all the time.
