The store was organized and well stocked. my sales person in the flower and garden area were very helpful my cashier Felecia had a great attitude and pleasant smile that helped to make my home Depot experience great.

the employees of home depot were helpful and understanding the microwave I bought was the last one in stock I had purchased it on the APP. to pick up at store(a great service). The box was Damaged the young lady behind the service desk helped me to inspect it and the microwave was ok. I strongly recommend them.

Home Depot has been my choice for all my home needs since moving to this area 10 years ago. Every appliance in my home was purchased from LS Home Depot and I can always find my filters and parts when I am in need. Where ever my ventures take me I will always look for my nearest Home Depot!

I had a bitter sweet visit at the Lithia Springs Home Depot. This is my various Home Depot. However, recently I was charged for a item that was not in my cart. That is the bitter. The sweet, I had the most awesome assistance from one of the employees that help locate the item that I needed. He made recommendation on other products needed. Don't be in a hurry like I was. Watch your receipt.

I would only like to highlight the excellent customer service Barbara J and Emily exude during my trip over the weekend. These women were very sweet and knowledgeable on the items I needed to purchase. Because of them I may return to purchase additional items.

This morning I had the nicest experience with an associate going above and beyond to help me in the store. His name was Que. As a woman entering the store with it can be extremely intimidating having to look for home improvement replacement items. Que looked up my shower door sweep replacement item and walked me over to the aisle to show me the item and made me feel like I was not a bother at all. I GREATLY Appreciated Que taking the time to help me and make me feel comfortable in the store.

20181203-Monday 1) The ONLY manned/clerk occupied customer registers open were at either the Service desk or the Contractor's register at opposite ends of the building-that's a LOT of milage for a handicapped veteran. 2) Centre aisle so crammed with rolling tool chests that only one customer at a time with buggy could pass-you try it, please. 3) ONLY 1 electric customer shopping cart was charged because they (ALL 6) were parked on the WRONG side of the foyer. Some non-thinker parked the kiddy carts in front of ALL the electric cart recharging outlets on the one side leaving a SINGLE recharging outlet on the other side. 3) VERY limited brand availability of LED 3-way bulbs (Phillips 3-way C21 bulbs are actually C23 bulbs-no GE, Westinghouse available) 4) Kudos to employee that was singularly helpful in finding C7 15watt candelabra bulbs-When I remember his name will so advise. Why bother to bring up opportunities to improve without considering possible fixes? Sooooooo . . . . . . Solutions- 1)Keep one clerk available to roam from register to register homed at centre register 2)Turn rolling tool cabinets END-WISE if they HAVE to be in the MAIN corridor Alternating the direction of drawer openings and leave a gaps at the numbered peripheral aisles. . . . . and thirteen ? product cabinets in a row? 6 will be fine to say that we have plenty AND not impede the customer. 3)RE-ARRANGE the shopping cart storage to accommodate electric cart recharging 4)Reward positively acknowledged employees. Have ALL managers AND leads IN the electric shopping carts race from the cart parking area to the rear gate with routing through the garden area. Then have the winners use their personnel to FIX the impediments of the slowest and last to arrive. And as for the overhead intercom - - - customers are at Home Depot are there to PRODUCE, not to dance. . . . and as to the announcements - - - - only if there is some EMERGENCY that EVERY One needs to hear; otherwise put a sock in it, please. Being new to Georgia, from Brooklyn, NY, the customer service here was AMAZING!!! Everyone there was so helpful & friendly. I even met an employee there from Brooklyn,NY as well! I plan to return. I need a repeat purchase. Great store!

The Home Depot store in Lithia Springs in my opinion is one of the best stores to shop at. There is always plenty of employees on the floor in every department to help and they make sure that they have met your needs. The cashiers are fast in getting you checked out and they are very helpful if you have any questions.

I frequently shop this HD because of convenience, selection and most importantly, great customer service.

People at Prodesk are very helpful. They always do their best to satisfy our requests.

If you need anything, it's easy to find and the employees are more helpful than other locations I've visited. I called in to talk to tool rental and the employee was outside helping another customer. While I was talking to the lady on the phone, someone tried to ask her another question. I heard her say "that can wait. The only thing important right now is the customer on this phone". AMAZING. We rented an auger from tool rental this trip. Go see Mitch. Very knowledgeable about what you need to do the job.

I became a home owner in 2013 and of course I needed to find a store to buy things. I've never been disappointed in the services provided by this particular store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've had everything from exterior doors and screen doors installed. I but everything from flowers to cleaning supplies at this store. Thanks to everyone for going above and beyond with customer service at this facility.
