Our family undertook a complete home renovation at the beginning of the summer. We began to shop at the Lockport Home Depot right away, and our experience shopping there has been fantastic. I feel like this particular location has some of the friendliest, knowledgeable staff than any other Home Depot in the area. Vicki, Gerry and Alex up front are a solid team and make you feel welcome, even when you're having trouble or a complex issue. Kaleigh in Paint has been so helpful in helping us choose the right colors and products for our new home. We've had a great experience at Lockport Home Depot so far and look forward to enjoying their great service for years to come. Cheers!

I bought a Dehumidifier online from Home Depot. It being heavy I found someone right away that took it out of my car and put into a cart. Then I walk into the store right away the was some one to help me returned the item. I was in and out of the store within and probably less than 10. Best store return experience I have ever had! I shop at Home Depot on a regular basis as I own a home, (built in 1825). Seems there is always something to do around here. I have often asked advice of employees and they have always been helpful. If they didn't know the answer they'd find someone who did. Great place to shop!!!

Our appliance spec. was very helpful. By having the model we wanted on the floor he went over many of the standard features of this item. The range is all I could have wanted for an electric appliance.

I arrived at this store with a hour still left until it closes, some of the doors are already locked. most of the store associates are already gone, I couldn't find any help. The prices Is crazy expensive, For some reason LOWES is way cheaper from the products I was looking for. I always hate hunting down a cart, While at LOWES they actually keep their carts inside the store like most bushiness places.

The aisles in lumber were hard to get a full cart thru, and I had to sort thru 5 full bundles of 1X2X8's PT "#1 grade" to find 28 which weren't twisted, angulated or with multi-planar distortions, but that is the only bad news for this trip. The good news was: The in-store prices were $7 less than than the price quoted online for the vinyl lattice, and $8 less than Lowes- where it was a special order. The lumber dept sales associates were helpful and knowledgeable [though they appeared gruff and not really approachable at first]. The cashier [Brittany] was awesome with both a bright and shiny disposition/personality, and a very professional and helpful approach to her job. The interaction with her capped a generally decent and utilitarian [although fulfilling, because I got everything I needed] mission to buy hard goods, and made the overall experience a delight.

I've been back in town 13 years and shopping here has been great. Staff is always friendly. 99% of the time everything I'm shopping for is in stock. WOW, keep up the good work and have fun doing it.

I was unable to find something, and found out they don't stock them, but that didn't deter the Associates making every effort to assist me. The lanes were labelled well, I found some items on my own and the self-service check out was quick and easy.

I visited the Home Depot website to learn more about kitchen cabinets and stone countertops. With a good selection of products that seemed to fit my kitchen, I went to the store to learn more. Since then I have visited the store 3 times and was unable to find anyone to help during any visit. I've since bought a countertop elsewhere and will likely do the same for the cabinets. I like the selection and quality of what Home Depot stocks, but in such a high end department I would expect at least one sales associate to help, at least one, to answer basic questions... I did find someone in the rugs department and he told me that Home Depot was moving to an online model, so I need to do my shopping there. My next stop was a local countertop business who was more than willing to help, and provided a price that was less expensive than the online cost estimator at Home Depot.

It took a little time to find help but when did, everyone was happy and extremely helpful for all I needed. T he cashier, Brittany, was also so sweet and helpful making it a great visit and experience!

The store was very clean and well lit. Associates were available and helpful.I found everything I needed for my projects. Prices were competitive with other stores of this type.

I was having difficulty with the receipt Id and password accessability. I phoned the store for assistance and was redirected to the HD resolution center via a phone number supplied by the store. The girls, both named Amber, were understanding, delightful and helpful. Situation resolved. I am happy.

I was looking for this item for a while now doing Internet research and when other stores said it was a special order taking two weeks to arrive, you had it right on the shelf. Woo Hoo to you.

The assistance needed is there the great thing is if you need them they are there but they do not pester you.
