Always shop Home Depot Stores. Lodi, New Store Not My Favorite..

The Lodi Home Depot store is one of the best of its kind. There are available and friendly associates, products, etc. Am always pleased with the experience. Other home improvement stores in Lodi generally fall way short.

I had bought a kitchen ceiling light recently at their Sacramento store, and needed 10 more, but the price at the Lodi store was more; so I asked if they would match their other store and they said yes. This saved us from having to make another trip to Sacramento. The people at the Customer Service Desk couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Lodi Home Depot!

Had exactly what I needed and an employee was available to help me without having to wait. Nice clean store. No line at checkout.

During the previous year (2015), had trouble with special orders on three occassions. Each time I was notified that my order was in and when I went to retrieve products only half of product was there. Also, special ordered bat tub was sent to a so. Ca. store. When it arrived, they tried to give me three tubs when only one was ordered!!! Another time I ordered a toilet. When told order was ready for p/u, only top tank came. This went on for two consecutive notifications. Cost me a months delay. Then I ordered sandless grout. They told me via phone they had it in the store. Wrong!!! They sent me to three different stores in the area and none had it on shelves when they told me they did. I had to go to the local manufacturer to get my order.......needless to say, this left me with a sour taste in my mouth and it was some time before I shopped at the store until this recent purchase.

FOUND WHAT i WANTED RIGHT AWAY. TOMATO PLANTS, POTTING SOIL AND SOIL! ASSOCIATE CHECKED ME OUT QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY. REAL SLICK IN AND OUT. SALE ITEMS MARKED CORRECTLY AND EVERYTHING NEATLY STACKED/DISPLAYED!

Great service but product availability wasn't addressed. I was just told it didn't exist, which made sense since I couldn't find it. On my next visit I'll ask if it ever existed. I'll move forward from there when I get the answer to that. Meanwhile, I'm gonna google it to see if it exists at all. I'm sure it does. I want a 16" X 16" furnace filter of a higher quality, since there are 4 categories shown. I had to settle for #2 when #4 is the best of the best. I love Home Depot but I also want to breathe the best filtered air possible in our home. Okay, if I win the sweepstakes, I think I'll breathe a sigh of relief, anyway. LOL

I needed a metric rod connector nut which is almost unobtainable. Lowe's couldn't help me. When I went to Home Depot in Lodi, the associate knew exactly where to find it. It wasn't in hardware where I was looking, but in the lamp department spare parts. He made my day!

Every time we go it's a great experience. This is the store we prefer.

I was looking at fertilizers in the store and an associate came up to me and asked if I had any questions or need help, so I said yes what do the numbers mean? The employee gave me a lesson on nutrients weed control green up and when to switch to a 15 15 15 fertilizer....I was even saving money based on his recommendations

The absolute best aspect of Home Depot in Lodi is that there are plenty of associates on the floor. They are friendly and dedicated to helping you find what you need. In addition, the store is clean (especially the restrooms). Enjoy shopping there!!!!

Store is always clean, fast moving lines, and always has everything in stock

This is my favorite Home Depot store near where I live. There is a Home Depot much closer than the Lodi store but I like the store in Lodi much better. The employees are friendly and try very hard to assist you when you ask for help. Today the young man that assisted me was very friendly, seemed to know the location of all the items I was looking for. At the check out the young lady was very nice and friendly. I truly enjoy shopping in this store.

As with all my other visits to Home Depot I found the staff very helpful and pleasant.

I arrived frustrated and possibly a lost Home Depot customer. Michelle in the Stockton March Lane store did all she could to help me but the Hammer Lane store left me quite dissatisfied with their poor follow up and service quality. Jeff (in addition to Michelle in Stockton) at the Lodi location saved my business for Home Depot. Excellent knowledge, people skills and empathy to the circumstance. Thank you to both Jeff in Lodi and Michelle on March Lane in Stockton!

I always like going to this Home Depot location as the associates are always friendly and helpful. The store is also very well stocked and if they don't have what you are looking for, the associates will usually offer a suggestion of an item that is comparable.

everything was neat and tidy. The employees were polite and very helpful with what I was purchasing.

The store was very clean. I found the item i was looking for exactly where the website told me it was.

After walking in, the associate was polite/helpful/not pushy when i was obviously moving on; brought me more info and left.

Made a special trip to this store as homedepot.com said it had 47 of the item I wanted. For some reason my local store does not stock the item. On arriving I easily find the location in the store where like items are stocked. The item I want is not there. Look on the website and it does not list a store location for the item. Cliff was nearby and I asked him for some help in locating the product. He checked the overhead storage area and could not find the item there. .As he did not have a magic pocket inventory checker he located another associate who had one. In checking inventory it was noted that the item was located in an area called "no home" and also found that similar items were stocked in three different locations in the store. Alas, what I wanted was not in any of the three locations. But thanks to Cliff's eagle eyes, he located the item in the overhead storage as we were walking between the three display locations. So a big pat on the back to Cliff.

Gary in appliance was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made shopping for appliances easy.

Very friendly staff and fast service! I got a gift for my husband and they had all the tools lined up and easy to find! Most of the deals are good prices and are guaranteed forever! Love it!
