I need pricing on lumber, so I went to Lowes, first, then Ace Hardware. My mistake they were unable to quote me and then I went to Home Depot Pro Desk for prices. Zack not only gave me a quote, he was able to find some items that we have been unable to find online. If you need lumber, go to Home Depot first, you will not need to go anywhere else.

I was in the market for replacement gutter guards. I found exactly what I wanted.

Customer service is awesome at Loganville Location. They are always so patient and willing to go the extra mile to help. I'm a new homeowner and the employees have given me so many great suggestions for home improvement and gardening. Love this store!!

The store was clean, no chemical smells like other home improvement stores. Everything was organized and easy to find.

After moving in the area three years ago, I stopped by this unit with a couple of questions for the garden shop associate and after that encounter I made a vow never to return. Always making this location my last resort, I stopped in last year and saw a totally new store with associates in every department putting the customer first. I am not a picky customer, but when I ask for help from a representative of an establishment, I expect an answer. At the very least, I am paying for help/advice. This store now fits the bill! With each visit they never disappoint, they really help, each department, no exceptions. Now this store is always my first stop!

Visiting the garden area or the electrical or pretty much any area in the store. There is always someone willing to help. I guess it doesn't hurt being a woman looking for manly help with a product you know nothing about.. Lol. service is great. I can't complain about anything. The ladies in the garden area are great as well. Very knowledgeable about plants and merchandise. And very friendly.

Evry department I ent into today was vrry clean and organizationed.

Cristina left her cashier post to help me load 4x8 sheets of plywood into my cart when she saw me struggling to manage it myself. Most service people would simply ignore a customer struggle, but not Cristina. She jumped right in to help. Thank you!

Well at home depot you can find anything , it is clean , the helpers are the best and specially jame.

In todays home improvement stores, it is not always easy to get assistance. This store is always great no matter how many times I go in there. Can't say it for all the HD out there, but this one is great.

the experience was great. All the employees know the store well.

Got in and out and got what I wanted. The only niggle in the process was no one available to help load heavy bagged goods (top soil and garden soil) and no one available to unlock trailer where wheat straw is stored. A lady associate finally arrived to unlock the trailer, but was unfit to load heavy items. I was able to load the bags myself, but had I been unable to I would have been held hostage waiting for some one to schlep on out and help. Maybe it was just a bad time of day or everyone was busy. Not gonna hold it against HD unless it becomes a regular thing. ;-)

I love the employees at this store. They are always very helpful and go above and beyond to make my experience great! I have come to know many of them, and they greet me and ask about my kids when they aren't with me. The cashiers make every effort to get me out as quickly as possible, and sometimes Patricia even has little gifts for my kids. Jack is so very helpful and patient when I have to move car seats in order for him to load my lumber in the van. Those are just a few examples. Almost all of the employees that I come in contact with exceed my expectations. I gave store cleanliness a 4 out of 5 instead of a 5 because several times the aisles and lumber are blocked with pre-order items that are waiting to be picked up.

I went into store to purchase lumber for a DYI project. I knew what I wanted and where it was. An employee met me and asked if he could help and I told him no. As I was leaving the lumber department he was very friendly.

I spent some time this past weekend in Loganville looking through the garden section. It was very clean and well organized. Great selection and plenty of helpers if needed.

This store is closest to home, so it's the one I visit most often. It used to be dreadfully poor in the area of customer service, but something must have changed. Now there are enough associates on duty (even during off peak hours) to actually take care of customer questions and run the store. They are more friendly and knowledgeable about what Home Depot sells and doesn't sell than before too. The associates smile, make eye contact, and respond positively rather than with grunts and gestures as in the past. My guess is there was a general manager change (for the better) and the 'new sheriff in town' has established a better work culture. Whatever the reason, "Thank You" Home Depot for fixing what used to be one of the worst stores in the company.

Very happy with my visit. People were friendly and very helpful. I look foward to my purchase and what it will do for my yard. I looked at another store to compare and came back.

The store was clean & what I was looking for was easy to find & is always easy to find. The store associates are always easy to locate, if I need help, and are extremely knowledgeable in the event I do need any help or have any questions.
