Everyone is always respectful and friendly. Most employees know me by name. Never a long wait.

When it comes to customer service, the Lompoc Branch of Home Depot is at the top of the list. I have been shopping there for years and the overwhelmingly majority of customer service associates have been professional, personable, and friendly. Stephan in building materials is a representative of what excellent customer service is. Home Depot in Lompoc has trouble keeping the shelves supplied. For this reason, the 4 star rating.

when needing special or odd items, or in store services, the staff is friendly and tries to assist in a timely manner.

The store always seems to crowded with merchandise, and the aisles hard to navigate.

I just moved to Lompoc from Santa Barbara and I was so surprised at the great Custer service I received at the Home Depot here. Many workers asked me what I needed and how they could help. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The store is run very efficiently so it made for a stress free positive shopping experience.

Employees were hard to find and less than helpful. We were looking for a patio set that it said was in stock online, but no where to be found in the store. Employees walked right past us when we asked for help. Finally found out it was only available in the Santa Maria store so we went there.

As I entered the store, I was greeted by staff members who offered help in finding the items I was there to purchase. I was directed to the exact spot where the item was. The staff were friendly & very helpful. Checkout was a breeze with the checker very friendly. Later in the day an associate called to let me know my order was ready for pick up. She was very friendly and helpful.

Diane in kitchen design was professional, well versed in kitchen design, knew the products, what to stay away from & what would work best; she was very thorough in making sure every last detail was complete & accurate.

Wife went to store to get repair items that the pulmber recomended. Service person was very helpful and got her all the items she needed.

The store was clean and neat, and the individuals who assisted us were very considerate and helpful.

Bought a washing machine and have to say that James Austin in the appliance department was AWESOME! He absolutely MADE this shopping experience! He took the time with us, really knew his stuff about the products, how they work, what they do and helped us select the right product for us, a beautiful GE Washing machine. I've never seen him before this so I guess he's new, but he is GREAT and a major asset to this store. We will be seeking him out when we go back to buy a fridge. Store is clean, very well-stocked, plenty of employees available to assist if needed. This store is a huge asset to our community and we shop there a lot. Only complaint is that due to my knees I am unable to walk and stand for long periods and need an electric cart. Home Depot has 2. They've seen better days, but they work fine and make it possible for me to shop there. Problem is...they only have 2, they are nearly always either taken or out of battery life. So, we end up shopping at night...which is fine, IF the carts have battery life. ...and IF we can get out before they lock the front door and route us out the contractors' door. Why would that be a problem? Well, the carts are kept at the main entrance, thus we park in the handicapped space at the main entrance. This means if the store closes and locks the main entrance, we must exit the contractors entrance, leave the cart there, and walk all the way across the parking lot. Some days I can make it, others, I cant, which means someone has to walk out with me as I drive the cart across the lot to the main entrance, get in my truck, and the employee has to return the cart back via the contractor's entrance. It's inefficient for the employees and store and this can be done better. Invest in a few more carts...say two more...and keep two at the front entrance and two at the contractor entrance. Problem solved :-)

Every time I visit this store, I am made to feel important, listened to, and taken seriously. I love the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. They really go above AND beyond EVERY time to help the customer find what they need at an affordable price.

Of the 3 stores nearest my home the Lompoc store is by far the cleanest and has the most helpful and friendly employees. Every department has been a pleasure to deal with - paint, hardware, tools, garden, lighting, appliances. They have all been very good.

John Burke is absolutely wonderful! He knows the product line and helps to find the most economical. It is a pleasure working with him.

We have received beyond excellent services in these departments: Flooring, Windows, Paint, Lighting, Rugs, Appliances, Kitchen and the friendliest services at the Customer Service Department! These amazing people have helped us more than once during our week long Home Depot runs. It's great to walk into the store knowing that one of these super AMAZING people will help us find what we are looking for! Home Depot in Lompoc is a terrific place to shop!!

The store was very busy and there was a long line Sherrie noticed right away that we had an awkward and heavy loaded cart, she came over and checked us out right where we stood! Steven saw that we had this heavy load and immediately asked if he could help us load it! We were in and out of the store in no time so that we could get back to our project

The shopping experience was great. I shop often and did not require the assistance of an associate ,however, they are always near if you need them.. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the store is always clean. Right amount of lighting so you can see products.

Great store great selection on tools and paint. They have a lot of different stuff for all the trades.

It's wonderful to find everything we need as we fix up our new house the way we want it! I can't imaging moving to small town Lompoc without a Home Depot!

I was super happy with how easy and quick my pick up was. Kelly at the pro desk was super great to be such super help. I had ordered some items and did not realize they were not compatible. Kelly pointed me to the rite direction and helped me to the point of physically going to the isle and getting me the proper caulking to adhere to my specific application! This transaction is given the gold star and so glad to have a smile on the other side of the counter and such a helpful employee you have! Thanks Home Depot for making my project work correctly!
