Starting a new DIY project and got everything I needed in one visit! Cashier, Miguel, was the friendliest and most courteous employee I've ever encountered. He made this shopping experience a very happy one! Thank you Miguel!

I went to HD to get a freezer, as my old Kenmore had just died after 35+ years. I went to the appliance center and was browsing when a young lady from another dept. came up to help me. She was very patient with us and took her time to explain the process. And when we couldn't take home the freezer at that time (I needed to rent a trailer, but it was late in the night), she put a sold sign on it and hide it away for us! Above and beyond the norm!

I purchased 10 fifty-pound bags of gravel. The staff loaded them on a cart, helped me check out, and loaded them in my truck.

I always buy stuff from this Home Depot and it never fails to do the job. Never. The customer service is fast and friendly and the store is always clean and in order to find just what your looking for.

Throw away the whole store the customer service department is terrible. I had an issue with a return they said they couldn’t help me I called customer service and they found my receipt in minutes and sent me a e gift card for my purchase plus extra for the trouble.

I went in for some minor decor upgrades and saw there was a winter foliage sale. The attendant at customer service, Jackie, helped me decide which plants would look best in my home. When I put it all into place, the upgrades looked fantastic. She really was creative and I’m thankful I got tips from her.

Emloyees helped. Didnt take long to get assistance in getting item. Everyone was helpful in store. And alot of employees available.

The staff in the Lompoc Home Depot were friendly and were eager to answer any questions I had before making my purchase.

Steven went above and beyond for me. I needed a specific set of blinds for a remodel, but the row was out of stock. I noticed there was a box of what I needed on the shelves above. Steven came to my aid and blocked off the aisle so he could use the lift to get the blinds that I needed. Then he proceeded to cut them to size for me and was very kind in conversation. Likely to shop again. Thank you, Steven.

The Garden Center was very enjoyable and visually pleasing with all its fresh, numerous, and well-arranged succulents, as well as other fresh plants attractively displayed. I appreciated the ease in telling the type and price of each kind, and room to walk about. The cashier was friendly and quick to ask if I would like to receive the military discount, which I was quite pleased to receive.

The appliance specialist Libby Robison gave us all the information we needed to get our new electrical washer. She made it fast and easy.

The Home Depot in Lompoc, CA is extremely clean and well organized. The service reps are friendly and inviting. Diane Hunter in the flooring/window covering department is hands down one of the best employees in the store. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and makes you always feel like your questions and needs are a priority.

If you need any help buying a washer and dryer, please find sales associate Libby R. at the Lompoc store. She was great! very helpful, knowledgeable and didn't go for the pushy hard-sell. She told me exactly the fees that I was facing for hauling out my old washer and dryer and getting new hoses, plus delivery. I felt she didn't sway me toward one brand or the other, but told me what she heard from other customers.

What can I say about the product side of the store? Not a lot... It's a large hardware store with a great selection and great prices. What I can comment on is the great customer service I always get there. The employees are helpful and seem happy you are shopping there. I actually get approached by employees that ask if they can help me. I don't have to search the aisles to find them and ask for help. On my last visit, I was helped in the customer service area by a cashier named Melissa. She was great. Helpful, nice, efficient and friendly. Represents Home Depot Lompoc well.

It is a very large store. Always well stocked and the staff is outstanding. They are always helpful, friendly and most often offer assistance without even being asked. There is always adequate staff spread throughout the store and they are easy to find if help is needed. I always had an excellent shopping experience at the store.

Didn’t get my veteran discount today. Even though I showed my retiree card.

Wonderful customer service at the Lompoc Home Depot!

Received awesome service from James Austin in the purchase of a new major appliance!

I do not recommend multiple item returns the staff gets confused and will process the incorrect items (cheaper giving you less money back than the items actually returned. They credited the difference by discounting my other purchase items. So now if I do a return of those items I will get less money back than I actually paid. Check your receipts very carefully, they try to fix the problem and end up making it worse.

The people throughout the store are nice over all, but no one there seems to know very much all about tools, parts, wood, supplies etc. ever time I’ve asked if this Lompoc store has a product in stock, I get a long 20 min run around, then another 10 min computer conversation about how it’s in stock at a different homedepot. I normally don’t waste my time writing a review, but just had another frustrating situation with this store where I placed an order for around 5k. I never got a call back to tell me the order had come in. A week after the date I was told it would come in, I called and was rudely talked to by a woman that couldn’t understand what the word “status” meant? I simply asked what the “status” of my order was. The woman was confused and never even told me if my order had arrived. Truly terrible customer service. As it stands right now I don’t know what is even going with my supplies?

Again, what made this particular trip to the Home Depot outstanding was the help provided by Mike Hurst. Home Depot is lucky to have Mike on the staff. Next time I need to go to Home Depot, I'll be looking for Mike to help me. Please review the 2 comments that I have made in the body of survey,

We had a very positive experience at this store. First, on entering, we were happy to find hand sanitizer and wipes to ensure cleanliness, The store was clean and well stocked. When there wasn’t an associate in the appliances department, he came immediately when called by an employee in the neighboring department who walked us back to appliances to see if she could help us before he arrived. The assortment of dishwashers was a good selection and the associate (Chris) readily demonstrated features AND also showed us additional information on the computer. Once we made our decision, he was thorough with the explanations about necessary equipment to complete the installation and about the delivery and installation service. We not only had excellent service from the employees who were helping us, but when I called later for additional information, the people who fielded the call were extremely polite and helpful.

Home Depot Lompoc, is my favorite store, the employees are very efficient, professional, and have a great costumer service. The store is always clean, organized, fully stoked, is a wonderful place to buy mostly everything you need. keep up the good work home depot Lompoc team.
