Every time my family visits this store, we are greeted as soon as we walk in, and have no trouble finding what we need. We can always locate a sales associate to help us and they are always very friendly. The store is clean every time we have gone and haven't had one bad experience there yet.

Store Manager Tim Rothanzl is an outstanding manager and community advocate. His store is clean and the store associates are very helpful. It is a pleasure to shop at the Lompoc Home Depot.

The store is always clean, check out is consistently quick and the cashiers are always friendly and helpful. Associates are there to help find the best product for your project or repair and assist or load your car if necessary. Returning product is easy and associates go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I am so glad to have a Home Depot in this City.

It is rare, but sometimes we consumers come across businesses that actually improve our lives through our shopping experiences. This store is one of them. Every associate is so helpful, and many of them are knowledgeable in various departments in addition to their assigned location. The staff at the Lompoc store have strongly assisted me in turning my home into a pleasurable place to live. Thus, they have effected my every day living. I have a lot of experience in building and maintenance. I believe this speaks highly of how much they have been able to assist me, and this includes the cashiers as well. Everything from walking in to a welcome greeting to paying out and getting my discounts (when applicable) is what keeps me a loyal customer to this store.

We had to drive quite a way to go to the Lompoc Home Depot because the items we needed were not in stock at Home Depot stores closer to us. The entire staff, especially our sales associate Eduardo made the drive totally worth it. We got the help we needed to purchase and load our items right away. It was a pleasure to do business at this location.

I researched a product online then called about it. When I arrived at the store asking questions, Eduardo, the customer service associate in electrical, knew who I was and what I was looking for just from one sentence that came out of my mouth. He took me directly to what I was looking for and that was that! Top notch service.

Always great experience when I shop at The Home Depot. We as Landlord have to get things to repair or replace and, we always find what we need. When assistance is needed it is always readily available, for help with finding or help to load. I would recommend The Home Depot for all your items that they keep in stock. Courteous and friendly store representatives.

This store is always clean and meets our immediate needs. If you ever need help, Gabriel is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, patient, and he knows his store. He listens carefully and offers solutions for problems. The folks at the Customer Service desk are great too! There was a time when I was waiting for an item to be stocked on the shelf -- I needed this particular item to match something I had already purchased. When the item came in, they called me just like they promised. When I arrived to pick up my merchandise, they remembered me and called me by name. My items were waiting there with my name on them. Great checkers at the check stands too. Great team!!

Was receiving help in getting a price estimate for blinds. Midway someone kept interrupting asking for someone to assist them. The second time our sales associate asked us if she could take a break and help him. We said sure thought it would be a few min at least. After 10 min we had to call. A manager to get assistance. We couldn't finish the quote so I have no idea what my estimate is going to be. We went ahead and paid the 50 dollars to have the guy come measure our windows but It would be nice to know a rough estimate. Extremely dissatisfied with their customer service!

The perfect neighborhood store to hang out and browse! Especially when you are renovating (as I am) Since we are doing a lot of the projects ourselves it is wonderful to have the knowledgeable associates to explain what you need, where to find it and also how to use or install it. Sometimes another customer will join in with great advise and a trip to my Home Depot becomes a social event! Totally love it!
