Out of Stock. No cashiers.
Peak irrigation shut down season yet out of stock on the most popular part, the air chuck. Only self checkouts available. Thankfully the nearby store has in stock but cost me a 25 minute commute.

    I am very happy with Michelle at the Londonderry Home Depot.
    We went into Home Depot to get vertical blinds for our living room and Michelle was super helpful. She was very knowledgeable and we were in and out in a timely fashion. So this is a shoutout for Michelle in the blinds and rug department our blinds look great so we went back and bought vertical blinds for the bedrooms as well.

      Two destroyed tubs
      Bought a porcelain enameled steel bath tub. It was broken. Returned it and bought an acrylic (which had box damage I didn't see until later), thinking it would be stronger. Got that home, and the bottom left corner of the tub was almost broken off! Talked to another customer in the tub aisle who mentioned this had happened to him too. Incredibly frustrating.

        Great people in the paint and plumbing departments
        Every I have needed help the ladies in the paint department are great. Nice people. The same for the experienced guys in plumbing. I will go out of my way to get help from them. The rental department do yourself a favor and work with the young guys they will either help you or find out the right answers. The experienced people not so much!

              Best Home Depot around
              I go to Home Depot 5-10 times a week and the one in Londonderry is the best around

                Special order was quick, easy and effortless
                I ordered a large item at customer service The attendant was knowledgeable, quick and accurate Followup by the automated system was excellent

                  Face Scanning Technology
                  I needed disposable gloves for working in a garage. On my way out of the store I noticed my face was being scanned. I am not a criminal and don't expect to be treated as one. Home Depot will be my last place to shop in the future.

                    General comments
                    I use the Londonderry, NH location quite frequently. My job is in Boston so it's not far out of the way before I get home. Overall I am happy with products & customer service. There should be some reward system for quantity of products purchased. For instance a gift card after exceeding numerous purchases in a calendar year.
