I had bad customer service today from a cashier Angie who totally ignored me when I asked her for a military discount. She proceeded to keep talking to the employee on break and turned her back to me. I asked her 2 more times and she ignored me both times. Finally another cashier came from behind and said that she wouldn't ignore me and she would help me out. That cashier help me out gave me my military discount. Upon checking out I asked this cashier for the girl's name that ignored me. She said she couldn't give me the cashiers name shes not allowed. I ended up having to walk up to the girl Angie to get her name as she still continued to carry her conversation with the employee that was on break. Over all the worst customer service I have received from all the years I have shopped at this store.

Store #1062 is a wonderful store. ALL of the employees are kind and helpful. I enjoy shopping at this Signal Hill store. I would highly recommend you shop there.

The Spring Street Home depot in Bixby Knolls is consistent with demonstrating excellent customer troubleshooting. We own & operate a 40k sqft residential building with 268 tenants. We hired a masonry to drill through a cement wall and an electrician to run wiring...very $$$$. One of the managers followed up with us the next day and advised us about a Duct Free Ceiling Mount Bathroom Exhaust Fan at Home Depot.com. I was able cancelled the contractors. Save us a ton of headaches!! If you can't find what you need, ASK the Pro's at Home Depot or advise w/a manager! These guys take there clients seriously! Great work...thank you to all the staff member..that have gone above and beyond.

This store is near Bixby Knolls Long Beach. Very well managed! Store is clean..they are well stocked. If they don't have the items, they'll look up the nearest store stocked items for customers. Short wait period. They are wiping down 'everything' to ensure safety with Covid-19 concerns. Outstanding. Customers are grateful

Needed parts for my kitchen and bathroom sink and Gaby was there to make it an ease. She was amazing, very helpful and patient. Its strange to find young adults these days who are so willing to help. Thanks Gaby keep up the good work.

Daisy C cashier by all the wood was extremely helpful and patient with my father as he is handicapped she went above and beyond to assist us we had about 30 pieces of plywood and once she checked us out she automatically called for assistance to help us load the plywood in our car without us even having to ask she also helped us push our cart to the register so she can check us out amazing customer service would definitely recommend and come back very clean store as well

If you ever need paint. This is the store to go to. Make sure to ask for Lee in the Paint Department, he is very helpful.

Only reason I would highly recommend this store is due to Ms. Martha Mejia where her Bilingual skills and patience to explain in details her high-level knowledge of home appliance. Ms. Mejia is a stellar employee! Home Depot need to employee more people like her!

The Home Depot #1062 on Spring Street in Bixby Knolls, Long Beach, is most likely the most consistent on having items stocked and taking care of the customers. If they don't have products in stock. They'll 'find' it in another store/Online, or have it shipped to the store for free..

The Long Beach, Spring street Home Depot is fabulous. It is clean, sanitary, the shelves are well stocked. The employees are very kind and helpful, and seem to be in good moods and happy. They must have decent management or they would be grumpy and irritable. I havee worked under good as well as bad managers and it always reflelcts upon the downllne customer service.

This store is topically great but with the pandemic happening, the employees seem like they are in a bad mood and rude to customers. They have neglected the garden section and the plants haven’t been watered and are dying. They also haven’t stocked up on plants.

Every time, I come to The Home Depot to purchase some items for my home or my garden, I got it what I want. But some time, if I need to fin something or if I have any question ?...they help me or even some staff take me to the right spot. Most anywhere of the store is very clean ,nice and need. Most of staffs or associates are friendly and helpful.
