I called to see if Home Depot had what I wanted. They checked, they did, they told me exactly where to find it, & how much it would cost. I went, I found it, & it was where they said it would be for the price quoted. Thank you Home Depot for not wasting my time.

I came to Home Depot just to buy a bag of snow-melting salt. I ended up buying more than that because the employees were so helpful and friendly that I wanted to just see what the store had. I would highly recommend this Home Depot!

The customer service representatives at this location are extremely rude! If you ask a question, be prepared for them to snap at you and demand that you do the opposite of what you are asking with absolutely no explanation.

We just bought flooring for our entire house, and we are glad we did!! We saved a lot of money on our purchase!! The salespeople were very knowledgeable about what we were trying to accomplish!! We walked out very happy and excited!!

Asking for item ( ladder) seems to frustrate staff . They were further bothered that it wasn't stocked and had to retrieve item with fork lift. Stated they are short staffed.

Staff knew their product and were able to direct us to the best one at the best price available. The product we were interested in was not on the floor but they gave us a computer printout on specifications so that we could make a good decision. They also showed us a similar model to inspect for size etc.

The Longview Home Depot is an awesome store! Check it out ;)

Was very pleased with Kayley at the Paint Center assisting me in exchanging an online order of a stain base, and filling my order with the proper base and color. She was very prompt, courteous, and cheerful! A great experience all around.

We are remodeling our first home, currently the kitchen, we worked with Kori and loved our designs! She was so sweet and helped us get what we wanted in our budget. I can't wait to see everything put together. The checkout process was nice. Once we had our dailey spending set with the bank, it was quick and painless. Lori checked us out and Deane was able to find us a coupon code to safe us over $400! Which we were so thankful and happy to take any discount we could. Thank you to this design team they were wonderful and so helpful! Definitely will be using then again in the future. 100% recommend!

I was in Home Depot every day for two weeks and picking out material to do my deck Gabe and everyone in the paint department was very friendly and very knowledgeable and help me pick out the right equipment the right product for the money I'm very happy with my decision keep up the great work Gabe and all the other professionals that work there the store is located in Longview Washington

I experienced an on going issue with a weed eater I purchased previously. The manager on duty and the sales associate (Josh) agreed to replace the item. Josh also took the time to assemble it. I shop at this location often and find the staff always willing to assist me. I also notice teamwork.

This is by far one of my favorite stores to shop at. Employees are upbeat and positive. Great layout You can find any items with ease.

I went to your store to order a Tough Shed. I didn’t have to wait long before the associate at Customer Service asked how she could assist me. She appeared to be helping another associate who was struggling with a return transaction. She had a pin on her vest that said “Trainer” so I watched how patient she was. She then asked me how she could assist me. I told her that I wanted to order the shed and she stated that she’d only done it one time before. We worked through it together and she was patient and pleasant the entire time even though computer system flinched a few times. Her name was Morgan. She hung in with me until the process was complete. Additionally, I’ve always had pretty good experiences when special ordering through your stores.

The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you for all that you do.

We moved to this area last summer. We have shopped at multiple Home Depot stores and I have to say I enjoy the friendly attitudes of the people I have encountered at this store. We have been doing a lot of painting and Jason at the paint desk has been beyond helpful with all our supplies and paint needs.

Great place to shop for home improvement, employees are eager to help with whatever your needs are.

Bought some boards to finish my shed. Could not get anyone to help. Only self check outs open so when I scanned my board an associate had to come over to enter the length. I had 2@8' and 1@5' she entered a total of 29'. I scanned my virtual military I.D. and they said thank you for your service but did not give me my discount. I will not be shopping at this Home depot anymore with another home improvement store just down the road. There is no one to help you, If I have to cut, scan and bag my own order I should at least get my discount.
