When I walked into the store, I found that the isles where clean & very accessible! I was very pleased with the store & would recommend people to shop at Home Depot over shopping at Lowes!

I was taken to the plumming section by another employee, he told Harriet what I needed, she took me straight to it. In less than 15 minutes.

The only issue I had was at the return location. They were checking people out and you have a associate arguing with a customer. You also had a associate that wasn't paying attention to detail at all on who was first in line.

The aisles were refreshingly clear of clutter, and the store was cleaner than I've seen it in a very long time. In addition, the cashiers and store associates seemed upbeat, making my time in the store very pleasant.

All associates were very helpful. Mr. DJ, the cashier, was Awesome. He made my experience very quick and easy. He also provided additional information that could assist me with making my lawn beautiful. Mr. DJ you are the BEST!

The cashiers seem to be getting friendlier, asking if I wanted to use my HD store card, smiling, etc. It hasn't always been that way at this location. The store is somewhat dirty, and I've observed store associates standing around when some tidying up of the store is clearly in order. The store is well organized, well lighted, and I can usually find whatever I need here.

You will find that this store is well stocked once you find the item. I have been pointed to an isle and spent minutes locating for an item. It is hard to get an associate in the evening hours. Try to go during the morning hours if you do not want to become frustrated. The staff is wonderful but sometimes hard to find.

when I don't see what I need the associates seem t appear at the right time and will take me to what I need so that speed up my trip, I don't care about the self service but the associates make checking out easy. THANK YOU

The cashier in Lawn and Gardens , Joyce -JMJ3747, was very helpful and nice, her efforts added greatly to me having an enjoyable shopping experience, and getting the information I needed to my questions about plants and products that provided for plant growth and protection.

The store is cleaner than most other hardware stores that I have been in.

I needed a piece for my garage door today and I didn't want to purchase the complete set of braces, a previous customer had returned a set of braces leaving some of the pieces out. I was able to get the piece I needed from that returned set for half the price. Thanks Home Depot for discounting me the set since parts were missing from it. I was able to get what I needed and fix my garage door for half the cost.

There are electric carts, which is a plus for me. The employees are really knowledgeable about the products and where they can be found. They advise you of which product to buy and why. The personnel are very polite and courteous.

this location has easy parking/ clean parking lot. friendly customer service and coffee . i love it

Store employees were friendly and helpful. Cashier had a pleasant attitude.

Two Associates at the Tool Rental section was very helpful. One taught me how to cut branches, the directional of cutting is very important so not to damage the blade in which I did. The other associate taught me how to replace the blade and chain on the saw and the importance of not tightening the chain. This was my first experience with Home Depot and I definitely will recommend Lovejoy Branch.

More training needed in plumbing items and sales. I was misinformed regarding available products, had to return the item purchased two times before obtaining the correct one, received conflicting information regarding availability of the correct item, and the sale was improperly rung up so that I had to accept a store credit for the item returned. I had no idea the the customer needs to be better informed about certain aspects of the item desired, in view of the store's failure to elicit important details. Furthermore, customers need to confirm the accuracy of the order purchased instead of relying on the store to do so. Finally, customers need to scrutinize all sales paperwork very, very carefully to insure that it is adequate for proper credit in the event of an item return. I have never had to be so diligent in my purchasing activity at this store but, given all the precautions mentioned, I shall continue to shop at this conveniently located business.

Customer service is very good at this store. I have had to return a few items in the past and they treat you with respect, my hats off to them.

The associate that helped my husband and I was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about products we needed! We shop at this location frequently and he just seems to always be there when we need advice on store products, best prices, and location of things we need.

Living fairly close by, this is my go-to Home Depot store and have always appreciated the helpfulness of the associates and the friendliness of the cashiers. However, the cashiers are now either downright unfriendly or neutral in their dealings with customers, some appearing disgusted with having to rise from their stool to answer a question or actually help a customer. The store has become cluttered, dirty, even dangerous with wet spilled paint that I stepped in while lifting bags of concrete. I am very disappointed with this store.
