The past weekend the store was cluttered, aisles blocked and narrowed. Associates did not speak or greet. If they did it was basically them mumbling

Bought 3 2 gallon buckets of Kilz2 primer. Turns out the "Primer" even after 2 coats didn't cover anything except the blue paint. Turns out kilz doesn't cover stains.

I came in the Home Depot store in Madison Mississippi, and was greeted by more than one friendly staff member. I was asked if I needed help finding anything, and given names if I did need to ask for them. The store was neat and isles were not cluttered. When I went to checkout, the cashier was very friendly and asked whether or not I found everything I needed. I love when I visit a store and I am made to feel like I really am welcome.

I've shop at this location numerous of time the sales person waa very helpful courteous and willing to help I'll be coming back real soon

While checking out at the Madison Mississippi Home Depot, One worker walked off and the other one stood at the computer totally ignoring us while trying to checkout. Had to find an alternate way of checking out.

i have never had a bad experience in the Home Depot location in Madison. Their service is much better than their closest competitor.

I don't write reviews unless the experience was horrible, awful, or excellent. This particular trip to The Home Depot store was enjoyable. The young lady, Ms. Lisa, helped me check out at the register when I was struggling. It was incredibly thoughtful. This was a great experience.

The place has the WORST management I have ever came across. I keep hoping they will improve but it has only gotten worse. Filthy restrooms, blocked isles, and no assistance. The icing on the cake is the blatant lack of customer service.

Ordered a Window AC unit on line. Site said 2 available and would be ready for pickup. Went to store to pick up and there were none in stock. 2 hours and 70+ miles wasted! Do Not Trust Website Store Inventory Information. Lady behind the counter tried her best but was thwarted by the Website inablitly to correctly show inventory, and not only at this store.

Employee “David” was the best as he addressed all of my specific issues on two different projects! Go David in Paint Department!

When trying to purchase kitchen cabinets, try to deal with Brittany and/or Jennifer. You will be pleasantly surprised!! Knowledgeable, professional and caring!

Cashiers either need to be thought to be friendly and not discriminatory with their customers! They don’t greet their customers or picky on who they will speak to!

Salesperson Katherlyn was great. She greeted me with a smile. Explained the tools that I needed and why. She told me about the specials for the battery charger I need for my fan

I recently had a not so great experience with a different local Home Depot and so I went to the Madison store to make my purchase. Christian was wonderful! She walked all over the store until I had the items I needed! Highly recommend this location and ask for Christian.

I recently moved to Mississippi from a northern state. It may be that the people in Mississippi are just by nature more friendly and helpful than they are up north, but I was greatly impressed with the service and attitude I have received here as compared to what I received at northern stores.
