We had purchased the washing machine, which they had in stock, and wanted to pick it up the next morning. Monday morning bright and early, Jermecia called me and said they had my machine all ready to go, and I could come anytime to pick it up. She was very polite when I arrived and got the helped to load it into my truck. Thanks, Jermecia.

This was my first time in this particular, Home Depot. There was a sales cashier by the name of Jermecia Cooper that made my experience so pleasant. I actually went in with the problem, but Miss Cooper helped me in every way she possibly could. She was very professional, helpful, attentive, friendly, courteous, and the list goes on. She was everything I could have asked for and then some. Although I had to make several phone calls to get my problem, resolved Miss Cooper was there to help me and respond to the person on the other end of the calls. She did not rush me, and she did not push me to the side. But she gave me the assistance and time that I needed to resolve my problem. She provided the best customer service I've had in a very long time from any store.

This store is simply a great place to shop. It has what I need and it’s my go to stop for all my remodeling tools and accessories. Amole parking and quick curbside pick up.

Whenever I visit this Home Depot, it's doesn't feel at home as it use to. Whenever I need help, I'm always having to look for it and no one greets you like they use to. And it seems as if the associates have issues and make me feel as if I'm bothering them by asking a question. It's not just one time, but every trip I make to store #2912 in Madison, MS.

Not a soul in that store had any business working there. Zero help and wild knowledge deficit.

This is the best Home Depot on the planet! I've been a contractor in Mississippi for 12 years and this is the best experience I've ever had in a large retail store. I had a return, purchased a new dishwasher, checked on counter tops, checked on doors and purchased over $600 in tools in under 40 minutes. I wish all the locations were this professional and helpful. Pay Commissions to the Appliance salespeople! They are too good!

Went to the Madison MS store to purchase a insect fogger the store was showing 4 in stock. There were none on the shelf. A very nice associate asked me if she could help and we both looked in the top stock and we could not locate the item. She contacted her supervisor who came to our aid and they resumed the search. Another male associate came and assisted in the search of top stock and used a lift to help. The item I wanted was located and I made the purchase I have to say that I have never been treated so well at any other store nor at any of your competitors stores. Your staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and I will be back to shop at the Madison MS location.

The employees of the Madison, MS Home Depot are going the extra mile. Shout out to Ms. Jamecia and Ms. Nicole who helped me secure my personal belongings when I was absent minded while shopping in the store. Not only did they help me locate my personal belongings, but also comforted and calmed me in my frantic state. In a world that seems to be self absorbed and uncaring, it is refreshing to experience people doing what MS is known for “HOSPITALITY!” This is one of the reasons I frequent the Madison, MS Home Depot, for the always stocked shelves, and the amazing employees!!! Thanks again Ladies!!!

Last night's experience was excellent. Greated and offered assistance when entering the store. Provide assistance on the aisle of the product purchased. Very friendly check out. Well done Home Depot staff.

Dorothy was fast and so friendly when addressing the network issue preventing my BOPUS order from connecting to their pick up forum. She personally hand picked my items and let me know when they were ready with a phone call back. I would definitely recommend and will be shopping there more often.

This is such a simple answer for employees who are not interested in assisting. Assistant Managers should at least pretend to want to help.

The staff was wonderfully helpful and tried to help in ever way possible. The product was damaged and that was disappointing.

I visited the Madison store yesterday and was for the first time ever, greet by a gentleman standing behind the returns and pickups counter with two other employees. They were all there working together and SMILING. He had gone out of his way to make sure that he got my attention by welcoming me into the store. Even better, once he had my attention he asked if I needed help finding anything. What a refreshing change from the normal attitude displayed in most big-box stores these days. It reminded me of the way customer service used to be when you didn’t have to track down someone and ask for help. I wish I had gotten his name as he deserves a shoutout. I hope that his joy and helpful attitude will rub off on the entire staff. What a wonderful experience!

Brian T is an employee HD is very fortunate to have in their employ. He exemplifies what it means to be customer focused and professional. Additionally I’d add that the store is extremely tidy, organized and clean. This is a rare condition for a big box store. Hats off to all the employees and management. I’ll be doing all my business with HD Madison in the future.

I purchased an Over The Range Microwave on Cyber Monday. The young man that helped us was very knowledgeable of products and inventory, took the time to show us products and even when we made a decision and then changed to another item, he was pleasant and continued to get the item we wanted. Excellent customer service, great personality and just made the whole experience fast, easy and painless.

I visited David in the paint department 2 days in a row. The first day I needed him to make me 15 samples for a rainbow accent wall in my daughter’s bedroom. The second day I came back because I needed 4 more colors. Each time he was amazing. There was also a girl who helped him the first day on 11/12 and she was also amazing! I just didn’t catch her name After receiving all my samples, I went and checked out at the returns desk where Jarmecia greeted me with “happy Wednesday!” I always notice how friendly she is when I walk into Home Depot. She makes extra effort to greet every customer. I cannot end this message without giving a shout out to Jeff, as well. He was at the desk with Jarmecia and was very kind and friendly! I left there in such a great mood that day, ready to tackle all my projects :)

The past weekend the store was cluttered, aisles blocked and narrowed. Associates did not speak or greet. If they did it was basically them mumbling

Bought 3 2 gallon buckets of Kilz2 primer. Turns out the "Primer" even after 2 coats didn't cover anything except the blue paint. Turns out kilz doesn't cover stains.
