Watch out for Yoland the cashier! She will be ride and not helpful whatsoever! So disappointed in the lack of customer service training at this store.

Their products and customer service are amazing! In today’s world, this is hard to find.

The WORST customer service EVER! The delivery service is HORRENDOUSLY lazy AND appallingly UNPROFESSIONAL! IF they do arrive its EXCRUCIATINGLY late! They are NOT accountable. My items have arrived either damaged and/or defective. They do NOT give a confirmation call PRIOR the delivery date. For the purchaser, it's a COMPLETE hassle to reschedule a delivery date. When you phone THIS store for assistance, the employees transfer your call into NUMEROUS departments like they are playing "Hot Potatoe". Reminder: If it wasn't for the patrons, shoppers, clients, and consumers you would NOT have a job. I have refunded/returned all items back to Home Depot. I'll spend my money where I am valued and supported.

This was one of the best and fastest customer service experiences ever had from any store. Walked in and Chandra stopped what she was doing to immediately help me. She is very proficient in making the machine make the keys for me. What I really enjoyed was her friendliness while making the keys and also helping me checkout. The store was clean and neat. Chandra deserves a raise for such outstanding customer service!

I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot Store in Madison, MS. Great associates. They are friendly and professional and always seem eager to help you.

I've shopped at this location multiple times over the last 2 weeks to purchase moving supplies. Every visit was consistent with the store being easy to shop and very friendly and engaged associates.

So tired of your re-stocking in the middle of the day so I cannot even get to the products I need!

This store needs to train their front desk clerks better. They are friendly and fast, but not efficient. They want to get you through, which is good, but should be much more caring of what they are doing, as well as having polite manners! I to make an extra trip back to Home Depot because the clerk charged me twice for an item. Then he was rude about my refund. When I asked to speak to Erica, the manager, he returned me my money, that he had screwed up on originally!

I waited for longer than 5 min for help in flooring. I went to search for someone and was directed to someone else 3 separate times. Once I found the person that could help me, she was too busy talking about personal things so I left. I went to inform a manager and once I waited for 10 min and they also never came, I purchased what I had and left.

Went in with a shopping list. Was never spoken to or helped in spite of shopping in three departments and in view of a large number of team members. The only thing that spoke to us at all was the automated checkout. Is customer service truly dead? Hopefully this was an anomaly today and others will fare better than we did.

The purchase was made very effortless and easy. I would commend the associate for his excellent service.

We are retired and bought a new grill. Cashier was friendly and helpful. She called for a store manager to assist us by detaching the cable on the grill we purchased. The manager was kind and helpful. There were other workers in the area who came right away to assist and loaded the grill in our truck. Even talked about coming by for burgers or steaks!

Hugh and David in the paint department went over and above with service to help me on 2 separate days. They were very helpful in the department and also loaded 5gal. drums of paint in my car. Thanks to both of them it made my day brighter.

Camille did a good job getting us checked out during a crowded period in the store.
