Cashier stayed on her personal phone call all through the transaction never even spoke to me

Was treated dispectfully while seeking a refund, and will never shop there again as there are other options locally.

Happy to have this store in our town. Do NOT buy the Vigoro Bagged Long Leaf Pine straw....very very poor quality.

Associates and management team at Home Depot Madison went above and beyond helping me find the items I needed.

I cannot express how wonderful the staff is at this location! Secyme, Keri, Jax and Jamison went above and beyond for us to assist us with top shelf items and locating items in the store. The customer service at the store is top notch! Wonderful location! Thank you for making a difference in our experience!

The crew at the Madison, Ms. location rocks. What we needed was located on the very top of two different shelves. The staff didn't hesitate to get down what we needed, and did so with a smile on their faces. Secyme, Jax, Carrie and Jamison provide the best customer service my wife and I have ever experienced.

Pass by several within talking distance and none of them greeted or said hello to us or even looked our way or bothered to see if we needed help

Was looking for little, tiny round light bulbs - could not find them and asked an employee and she knew what it was and we found it right away - you do not get service like that everyday!! Thank you

Was told the store would help me with a order by the corporate office , the employees were ugly talk about me right in front of me to each other, 3 different employees started my order and kept giving it to someone else to finish because they couldn’t figure out how to do it, called manager waited over 30 min and 3 pages for his help when he showed up he did not look at me speak to me the entire time helped other customers will I waited for him to help me , this is probably why the employees were ugly to me they do as they are taught!

An Exceptional Employee help me from the door to the car. It felt like an old filling station experience instead of a gas station! I was in and out with the help of " Edward Vaughn " within minutes, not the mention I had a large purchase. Please thank Edward for his great customer service skills. He was there ready and willing. Promotion should be in his future!!!! :)

Customer service at the Madison store has improved significantly in the last year. Employees are helpful and much more friendly. They seem to be proud of their store and their profession. Keep up the good job!

Love this store. I'm always ordering from here. If they don't have it in the store..more likely I can order it offline or with an associate.

I had a good experience with them putting in my kitchen countertops. The only problem I had with them is that the job before mine took longer that the thought so my appointment time was not met but they came and they came and put my countertop in in a timely manner.

The Madison Home Depot has a very friendly staff! I go into the store all the time..so I know some of the workers. They always welcome customers with open arms and will try there best to help you. Thumbs up to this store.

Sales specialist, Marion Sans, was knowledgeable and very helpful to us.

I needed a 3-step ladder. The clerk was very helpful. She walked me to the aisle and even grabbed a cart and loaded it for me! I love the ladder. It is sturdy but light enough for an older lady like myself, to handle.

Ordered a non-stock lawn/garden equipment yesterday. Craig and Chandra were exceptionally professional and courteous. My first visit will assuredly not be my last as we are only beginning our DIY list for Mississippi residence. (Jerry, age 70)

We love shopping at the Madison Store because of the friendly atmosphere and willingness of the employees to assist their customers. It is worth the drive out of our way to come to this store and will continue to shop here. Kudos to the Management and Staff.

This store is the place to shop. Every employee is friendly, ready to assist, and go above and beyond. Hats off to the Management and Staff.

We visit several Home Depot stores and the Madison Store was by far the best experience we had. Even though it is out of our way, we will make the trip and continue to shop at the Madison Store. If you visit this store, ask for Brenda, David, or Leon.

The employees that I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable of the products that I was looking for.
