This is a wonderful store and the employee Ariel L. Earlbis a very helpful young lady thanks for all your hard work.

Entrance was open and allowed free flow with current items obvious. The area I visited was organized and tags were in line of object I was looking for. Customer service was very friendly. I was asked at least 4 times while walking through the store if I needed help.

This store is always clean. The atmosphere makes me want to stay all day. The associates are courteous and friendly. I always enjoy my visit there.

This store may not have the quantity of plants that other stores might have, but the quality of plants is amazing.

I was shopping for flower pots to go around my pool. Because I needed 4 pots there weren't a lot of options that matched however I found 4 pots that look lovely. The cashier was extremely friendly.

There are too many female clerks behind the desk that do not want to help you. After spending considerable time in the lighting department with not clerks anywhere to help I finally made a selection however, upon purchasing the bulb, there was no bar code. The clerk, named Alethea, did not want to go get it. I guess she wanted me to get it. She was then told to take the scanner gun and get it. The next day I had to return the bulb and a ballast, my husband had purchased. Neither of these items were working. This was discovered after we hired an electrician to "see" what the problem was. When I returned both items, the bulb and ballast, the next day, the same clerk waited on me again. I tried to explain to her that neither item is working; that our electrician had checked them out. As she worked on my refund she rudely "um hummed" over and over. I finally asked her why she was annoyed with me? She did get a little nicer at that. I told her that I was just concerned that if someone else bought this items, they'd have to go through the same thing my husband had gone through.....a lot of wasted time trying to figure out why the light wouldn't work! This has been a really bad experience with Home Depot. They are much closer to our home, but I will drive a little further and go to Lowe's. The service stinks at Home Depot, and this is not the first time. I don't understand the attitude of female clerks. They are not helpful and can be so "put-upon". This has cost us more money than it should have if these electrical items had been working in the first place, and I wouldn't have written a bad review for the items had it not been for the unkind attitude of this clerk, Alethea.

I purchased online and picked up same day in store. The cashier could find my order in the system until I offered my order number then it was easily found. Overall the store was quite clean and orderly.

I have shopped this store for awhile. At first I was not real happy with the store as a whole. Then they got a new manager for the store and now that got it together. Thank HD for the grate turn around.

Friendly, helpful associates makes finding what you're looking for too easy.

I could not get any assistance in the paint depart.

I shop Home Depot quite lot. I find large selection of products there and not being a carpenter, plumber, or electrician, but doing 99% of all my own home repair, I learn something every time I go into Home Depot. I learn what is available to help do the job I have to do and find what I need to do it. And some times very good deals. Today I purchased a miter saw I had been looking at for some time but it was just too much money. $649.00. But today Home Depot had it on sale for $455.00. I could not believe it. I got one before they were gone. I really love strolling through Home Depot and have just about always found the people there helpfull and friendly.
