These guys know how to provide customer service! Not only did they confirm by phone they had my item, but they held it at customer service for me to pick up. Darryl you rock!

We don’t live near this location but I wish we did. Several staff members (4) asked if they could assist us and Shanice at checkout was very efficient and super friendly.

Darryl Brown went above and beyond to help me with my appliance purchases. I am a Grandmother and was with my 2 year old granddaughter shopping afterwork. He made the visit helpful and friendly and always had a smile. This man needs a Raise!

I do not recommend Home Depot for any purchase.

I like this store, I pass 2 other stores to get to this one. They also carry things that the store closes to me don't have, such as wool flax window blinds 54" wide in chocolate. Its big and clean and friendly.

Always friendly and helpful service!

My experience was a very bad one. The employees gave me conflicting information about the return policy. I live an hour away from the store, so the back and forth with bad info thing was not something I was looking forward to. The manager Johnathan resolved my issue, but not without being a condescending disrespectful person. I suffered significant hearing loss during my deployment to Iraq, which causes me to speak loudly. He mocked me after I told him why I speak loudly. It was a very humiliating experience. I will never step foot in the store again. That guy really provoked violent thoughts in me, especially when he mocked me for my hearing loss.

Walked by 5 associates and all 5 smiled, but no one asked if I needed assistance. Went to the Customer Service Counter to pay for 1 item because the garden register and the Pro register was too far to walk to pay and then walk all the way back to the front door. Self Service machine does not provide military discount.

never can find an associate when I need assistance. they look busy doing nothing and most of them walk away when they see a customer coming and quite a few do not know what a smile is.

Issac Wells provided customer service beyond expectations. He assisted me in purchasing plants for my home that I am pleased with! He even help me with the proper food to care for my plants. He was very observant, helpful and friendly. He knew very much about his product. I was very pleased with my visit. He even planted my plants for me. He deserves to be recognized for his outstanding customer service. He gave me customer service like none other. He is a very good asset to the store. Issac gave me a little bit of background about himself including how long he been employed at home depot and I saw that Issac and I have the same exact birthday. What a coincidence! Thanks Issac for everything!

It was clean all through the store, the employees are very friendly they talk to you as if you been in the store several time. I really like their vivid. When you walk into the store you can warmness. This is where I want to buy my home supplies. I rate them 5 over all

Great cashier service

Employees at Madison store always go out of their way to be helpful in locating items that I need and point out sales products that I can use on other projects that I mention are being planned this year. The pro sales force is always friendly and helpful even if I don't purchase items at that visit. This store is always cleaner than any other in the metro area.

We will shop at the Madison Store in the future. Darryl and Tina gave us a very warm welcome.. They both are very patient with me as a custimer.

I have had great experiences at this store. It is clean and well stocked, but most of all the employees WANT to help you. Cody helped me load tile (which is heavy as rocks) into my cart, patiently helped me find the matching grout, and escorted me to check out and then to my car. Of course we had to rearrange the trunk contents to fit the tile in. He was incredibly kind.
