The store overall was clean. The brightness is the store was very exceptional as well. My shopping experience was a great one and I look forward to future visits at the Home Depot location in Madison, MS.

I came in last week for recognizance work, Brent was excellent. Came in today to make the purchase (11\14\15), Matthew was wonderful. Also went to Best Buy and Lowes on grandview, glad I made trip across i-55. Have several friends who are looking for appliances... Going to recommend Home Depot Madison to them.

The lighting could have been aa little brighter but the overall helpfulness of the employees were great. They did point me in a direction they physically walked me to the items I wanted. Now that's great customer service.

Easily found needed light bulbs at a good price. Cashier was friendly and professional.

The associate in the paint department was very helpful choosing the paint/products I needed. The associate in the flooring explained the tile products and also helped with hardwood floors.

Product was easy to find and this is my second trip to buy another.

My experience with home depot in Madison was exceptional. The products are the same other competitors but the customer service was great. Every employee encountered was friendly and willing to help from the greeter to the cashier.

This is my neighborhood Home Depot store. I always get great service from the associates whenever I need it here.

This store is obviously under new management & what a much needed improvement!! The parking lot was clean & inviting. The store was organized & the employees were very friendly & seemed happy with the changes. I usually shop with my 2 small children so efficiency & positive attitudes are always appreciated.

I was helped quickly finding what I needed. The clerk took the time to take us right to what we were looking for. He was very friendly. The lady at checkout helped us with the self checkout to make it easier and faster to be checked out.

This store is making a huge turn around now under a new manager. I live about 20 miles from the store and have the others I could go to but the people at this location seem to be more into there job and friendlier. The asst manager Shelly always is out and about meeting coustmers just like the others. And will help you just as they do. You can see that there is team work here. Would definitely recommend giving this store a chance. I don't think you will be disappointed.

The store associate was a professional. He was proactive yet not pushy. He sought me out when I walked in and helped me through my entire time.

I was in the store to purchase a grill for my husband and a tool box for work. I had no problem finding what I was looking for, but I had to wait about 15 minutes to check out because I was getting the tool box delivered to my job and no one at the front of the store knew how to set up a delivery ticket. Once the experienced employee arrived I was able to get checked out and someone was waiting to help me load the grill in my vehicle. It was an okay experience but there is always room for improvement.

We shop at Home Depot on a regular basis - each time customer service is always great and we can always find what we are looking for. Sales associates are always available and willing to help us locate products that we can not find - even if the product is not located within his/her department. This store is also well organized and very clean. Compared to competitors around this area, we always shop Home Depot!

I finally bought my grill which I have wanted for the past two summers! I waited too long last summer for the grill I wanted to purchase and I missed out. This year when I saw the really nice grill with a free rotisserie for a great special buy, I purchased it! I always find exactly what I need here and the garden department always has the freshest plants. The store associates are always so kind and welcoming whenever I come into the store and are so helpful when you need to find something.

Everyone smiles in this store! I was very satisfied
