This bottomless cabinet is missing.

Every time I have a chance, I go the this Home Depot store. I get always the best experience.

The staff at this store are the friendliest and most helpful of any Home Depot I have ever been to.

I visit the Mahwah store at least twice a month. In my most recent visit I noticed how the front aisle was totally cluttered with free standing displays. The passage was totally cluttered making it hard for customers to move about. The displays were for junk like toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dish soap and other household products. I don't need HD for those common grocery products. Stick to your core hard goods and do it well. Clear the decks and add more cashiers to move people quickly. My time is valuable...please respect it.

On a previous purchase this year, Carlos in the plumbing department was very helpful in selecting a toilet replacement and we appreciated his help.

I was buying rat poison and all of a sudden my son comes around the corner with an electric chainsaw running. The tool was not locked up and a battery was in the tool. This store is highly unsafe and needs corrective action immediately. Also your add video that only lets you add if you have a youtube channel is rediculous.

Someone asked me what I needed I didn't have to go and look for someone

I had to exchange an item and wasn't sure what credit card it was on, how long ago, etc.etc.. I was not in a good mood. Well, Daphwood the cashier was amazing in her ability to help me find what I needed. On top of that, her pleasant demeanor was EXACTLY what I needed today. I left feeling pretty happy !

Waited over 1/2 hour for associate to open locked gate in front of product. Asked 3 times for help. Non ever arrived left without purchasing item

I was very pleased with my visit to The Home Depot this morning. The sales help was very solicitous in helping me find the items I needed. They saw that some of my items were heavy and offered to help. It was a fast and easy checkout. I was thrilled that I was able to get some of my items on promotion. As the saying goes, I'll be back!

Every single Item Is Perfect !!!

We found what we wanted. Price was good. And, this toilet paper holder is MUCH simpler than the one it replaces. And installation was simple.

I went into the store today to buy a new grill. Since it had to be special ordered, Stephanie in the Customer Service department handled the transaction. She was fantastic, took her time, made sure that everything was handled properly. When she had a question, her boss Jeff jumped right in and got us the answers we needed. Thanks again for your fantastic customer service.

the garden staff all were helpful and accommodating. they took me to everything I couldnt find, asked what else they could do. and seemed to enjoy their job and smile!

Quickly stopped at this HD by chance while traveling through the area. The store was clean, organized, fully stocked with the products I needed. The associates were all extremely helpful, especially Bill, who was able to help with recessed lighting and John at self checkout. The associates were actually knowledgeable, competent, patient, and helpful - which is rare at many HD locations.

I am a local customer who stops by a couple times a month. The employees are always pleasant, courteous, helpful if I need help. I took the time to post this because from the person in the parking gathering carts, to the staff putting stuff away, the return desk and the cashiers. Bad news don’t get better with age and a lot of times good news just doesn’t get out there!

My last visit to Home Depot was extremely enjoyable because of the service provided to me from Mr. John Egan. He was very respectful, knowledgable and cooperative in helping me with my checking out.

Delivered defective product, promised to return with replacement. Took it back and never showed up with replacement on 2 different delivery dates.

Nobody in the store was able to help me with general questions about replacing a door or how to order one

Happy with the appliances and tools I have bought

We moved to this area almost a year ago and are renovating our home. Taking trips to Home Depot has become a weekly thing. We have many questions pertaining to our projects and the Home Depot staff here has been extremely patient and helpful in providing us with their assistance from indoor to outdoor products. We are not disappointed with their help, suggestions and input. The courtesy extended by customer service has been great as well! We have had a great experience being serviced by Samy a few times. She’s been very helpful and so have the other customer service staff members. Always pleasant and welcoming!
