This bottomless cabinet is missing.

We made many trips to HD to get lock sets that would work in our custom-built front door, circa 1964. They no longer make the striker that fits, but the team never gave up trying to find sets that would work. We finally had to get Robert Wright of AAA Quality Security in Oakland to solve the problems and adjust the door jamb so both the passage and deadbolt locks would work.

I asked 3 employees help me find velcro tape. Nobody could locate. Walked all over store.

The employees don’t care if you find the product they just point you to an isle

The Mahwah Home Depot, as a three quarter store unfortunately typically has only half the stock and inventory it should. Leaving it’s customers to search and hunt for what they came to purchase. If you are lucky enough to find something there is a good chance it’s broken or missing pieces. Most Mahwah Home Depot customers and even the Mahwah employees will tell you to go to one of their other store locations either in Paramus or Lodi. It is a shame that the local costumers have to typically go to another location after visiting the Mahwah Store to ultimately find what they needed in the first place. Many people have complained about this, I wonder how long if ever Home Depot Corporation will address and resolve this under preforming Mahwah location???

Shopping there Is like being the sole survivor on a deserted island. If you’re confused about an item, you’ll have to figure it out yourself. If you have shopped here, you know exactly what I am talking about.

Sorry customer service. No one wanted to assist and then didn't know what I was looking for. Not a HD id ever deal with again.

I needed several specialty tools. A torch, a new 5 lb sledge hammer, and a rat tale file. I found what I needed quickly and was back on the job in a short time.

Bruce helped me with a counertop order and delivery, he was awesome

Been shopping at HD for years. Always have great variety of items and good prices.

I am always pleased with the stocking and the helpful staff in the Mahwah Home Depot. I would love it if I could be kept up to date on seasonal sale items and specials for good customers.

It's a nice, clean and well stocked branch. The employees that I deal with are all helpfull and nice.

Came here Saturday Morning the 3rd to get supplies for my garden for the spring. I purchased both thai basil and regular sweet basil, orogano, rosemary and 8 different types of peppers and a bag of potting soil. The selection that this location had was fantastic, and my pepper varities go from mild to burn your biscuits.

I had a number of items to buy. With helpful assistance I found everything quickly.

I appreciate this location for stock on hand and convenience

They no longer man the registers and you are forced to self check out. When you get to the parking lot the guy who is supposed to be stacking the carts and helping customers is playing on his cell phone with his pants fully exposing his underwear. Where on earth have store managers gone?

I needed caulk and sandpaper. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Store was neat and clean

Have to redeem a gift card. An associate helped me make sure the total was reduced using the self check out. Thank you.

I always buy a full 24 count box of HDX paper towels, they are just like Bounty, if not better and much more reasonably priced!

I'm a pro x member, I approached the register to pay for my items, two employees were staying there talking to each other. They told me to go to a self checkout. After I scanned all my items, I tried using my Home Depot credit card and I got the message "authorizing in process" for 3 minutes. I pressed the "employee assistance/help button" and waited another 2-3 minutes - lots of employees were around but no one showed up. I finally went back to the register and asked an employee to scan my items. She did it with a huge attitude.

Not sure why the Mahwah HD staff is so good- but thank you and keep up the good work-

Certain sections consistently disorganized or short on product. Hard to find employees who can help with either missing or locked products. One in particular consistently nasty.

Convenient location. Helpful sales associates.

Bob at the front end and Russ on the sales floor make a great combination. Both always show me outstanding customer service. Both gentlemen have been there for years. This is why Mahwah Home Depot is my favorite store.

I cant tell you how satisfied I was with the level of service recently given to me by the gentleman manning the paint supplycounter. Not only was he VERY knowledgable across a number of products that I was buying but he also pointed out ways for me to save money in the process...cant beat that !!!

Has what I'm looking for most of the time

The Initial Employee I encountered was Totally Dismissive and did not appear to want to Communicate with me. Aftewr saying hello, good morning directely to Her, aND ASKING FOR HELP SHE BARELY UTTERED A RESPONSE I HAD TO SEEK OUT ANOTHER EMPLOYEE(S) WHO WERE VERY HELPFUL. HOME DEPOT SHOULD GET CUSTOMER FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE!!
