Helpful employees, were willing to help me and assisted me the whole time

The folks in the store are super friendly and very willing to help. I really prefer this one, wish they would be open on Sunday.

Overall my recent visit to the Mahwah store was very pleasant and successful. All sales associates were visible and helpful, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and sincere.. Customer Service is a critical part of all businesses success or failure. Educate your employees, treat them well and they will treat your customers well.

My recommended store (according to my zip code) is in Riverdale, NJ. However I find it inconvenient to drive to so I go to the Mahwah store as it is near my previous home. I've never had a bad experience in the Mahwah store. Sales Associates and other Personnel are always friendly ad take pride in helping the customers. The store is clean, the rest rooms are as well. Some of the Sales Associates will go out of their way to actually walk you to the area you're looking for. Why would I shop in another store when I know I'm valued and I always get a great buy!

We found everything we needed for our customer, The door, locksets, screws, calk and foam insulation quickly. Most HD stores have similar layouts once your in the right department making everything fairly easy to find. Check outs for the pro's usually go very smoothly and quickly in this HD and the 2 others we frequently shop in. I personally have been using HD since about 1990. Almost always beats prices and selection of local hardware stores.

New exactly what I needed, it was there, and I proceeded to check out after a brief time looking around. Store was organized, tidy and well lit. Check out was automated with very little waiting.

HD is my go to for hardware, tools, etc. sometimes the garden shop too but not so much as quality there is fair to poor. But all else major hardware are very good, staff usually helpful. Aisles can be cluttered with stock replacement activities which is annoying tho. Overall a good experience.

I purchased air filters at this Home Depot. The aisles are clearly marked so items are easy to find. The check out moves along nicely because the associate standing at the self check out is there to assist customers if they have a problem. The associate also guides customers in line to open registers. This makes checking out a breeze.

I USUALLY SHOP IN NY, AND SOMETIMES HAVE SHOPPED IN MAHWAH. THE OTHER DAY I WAS IN A RUSH AND THE STAFF AT MAHWAH MADE ME SO HAPPY BECAUSE THEY DIRECTED ME TO THE RIGHT PLACE TO FIND MY ITEM. THEN AT CHECK OUT YOU HAVE A CASHIER I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS KELLY, NICE WOMAN, LONG BROWN HAIR. SHE WAS SO NICE , HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. I CALLED MY FRIEND ( WHO KNEW I WAS HAVING A REALLY BAD DAY) TO TELL HER ABOUT MY TIME IN MAHWAH, . SOUNDS FUNNY BUT IT FEELS GREAT WHEN YOU ARE THE CUSTOMER AND THE STORE TREATS YOU KINDLY. ESPECIALLY THIS TIME OF YEAR WHEN OTHER STORES TREAT YOU LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR. SO WHO EVER MAKES SURE YOU HAVE FRIENDLY PEOPLE LIKE YOU DO.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
