Here you are, asking me to write a review, right after I just got one writing a review in the survey you sent me. IT is well below average for a large corporation, and the staff at the store are outstanding. They shouldn't have to put up with your IT department, which is built on a culture of failure and excuse making. It has to be, or it wouldn't be so dysfunctional.

This location is great! Although on the smaller side, every employee seems to be knowledgeable. Bill and Freddie in electrical are the best, the are alway more than willing to help find an item or climb the ladder to get me something.

I love this location..

The employees in this store, managers and and others, make it very clear that their objectives are to provide excellent customer service. They greet you when you enter the store, ask if you need any assistance, and truly make you feel appreciated. It's a small store but always have what I am looking for.

The Manchester TN Home Depot consistently provides good customer service!! It is hard to find that at most stores now.

The workers here are so friendly and take care of you.

I started a paint project and got excellent service fro mthis department

I was passing through Manchester, TN. when Experienced a leak in my pneumatic system. I stopped at this Home Depot and was greeted by an associate (Ms. Jackie) who offered her assistance. She not only knew the store by the parts as well.. this is a clean and well stocked store and highly recommended.

I was helped immediately by Jackie who showded me where the flat shopping carts were. She asked if I needed any help. I said yes I'm going to be getting a new toilet. She radioed for for Dan/Daniel I believe was his name he was working plumbing that day. He was very helpful with finding everything I needed to complete the job of replacing my old toilet. He also went over some pros and cons vs different toilets. Then he helped me load the toilet into my car. Great experience!

I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I WALK THROUGH THE DOOR, I WAS GREETED BY A YOUNG LADY NAME HEATHER, AND SHE WAS AWESOME. TOLD ME THE CORRECT ISLE I NEEDED TO GO TO AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. JOB WELL DONE.

This is a small Home Depot so don't expect to find a huge variety of items on the shelves. But...the store is clean and employees very nice and helpful. If you have to order something, the help at the pick-up counter is great.

My car broke down in the drive-in part of the store. Theresa was so helpful and really made an awful experience better by keeping me calm and keeping the people around me moving and happy.

Every time I go to this store I get great service. The store carries a great selection of items that are needed for home improvement in this particular county. Ryan the cashier who helped me today even helped me out to my car with my large items!

What could've been a really frustrating experience with a tree we bought, turned into a quite pleasant one. Store manager Theresa Henderson went above and beyond to get us another tree from a different location by picking it up herself. Customer service manager Michelle made the exchange/return experience great and hassle free. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I went to the Manchester TN store as part of my shopping trip for one thing. I ended up getting all 6 items here without having to go anywhere else even though the other store was having a great sale. The Home Depot prices were the same as the other store's sale prices. The employees were exceptional and took the time to help us. The store was clean and well-stoked with the usual things you use Home Depot for PLUS a great supply of Christmas items. I am very pleased with this store. Thank you for allowing your employees the time they need to help each and every customer.

This Home Depot is our choice store although we live an hour away. Lia helped us greatly this time to take care of our agriculture tax exemption, establish and account for us, and establish recognition for our 26 year plus military service. She is awesome! The reason we shopped today was to purchase a new pressure tank for our well - Home Depot carries the tank brand recognized as being superior to others by many drillers. And the price was reasonable and competitive.

I entered the small home depot store in manchester tennessee. I was greeted almost immediately and asked if there was anything she could do to help. When I told her I needed a window scraper, Lilly took me directly to them

I came in today looking for a new pressure washer, I was greeted at the door asked how my day was and what I was looking for, taken to multiple options in which to choose from

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at this location.

David in plumbing saved me over $1200 today by explaining to me exactly how to change my own hot water heater and giving me everything I would need to do so. These folks really do care about their customers. Thank you, David!

Had Flowers I was wanting but did not have a couple of other items that I was looking for. Only had self-checkout lines open and returns, no one to check out customers, inside the store.

I bought a lock set for my front door a few days ago and I needed to switch the lock to fit a door on the right side instead of the left. The lock was made by Quikset but the screws were so tight it was almost impossible to switch it. Joe spent an hour trying to loosen the screws and finally succeeded and was able to switch it. Thanks to Joe and his determination to make his customers happy. Kudo to Joe

There is no better painting supplies than Wooster and you can only find these at Manchester Home Depot. The staff there go above and beyond to help. I give the Manchester store a 5 star rating.

Leif helped me gather all the electrical parts needed for our house, and talked to our electrician. I couldn’t have done it without him. Glenda in the paint department was very helpful in color schemes and very knowledgeable. I’ve never been good at coordinated colors, but she ‘nailed it’.
