The staff was courteous and helpful once I found someone. Other than that it was just like any other Home Depot I stop at. Wish they carried more half inch socket adapters. Seems that any Home Depot I go to has a limited supply.

    Poor management and support, there's always carts all over the parking lot. My truck has been hit 2x by carts and the stores insurance won't take care of it.. Dent is still there. At least the orange paint came off

      If there's anything that home Depot can do for the Mansfield location is make it a bigger location, double the size of the store and see if you can remove loads from being within the regional area

        Always great customer service
        Another shopping trip to Home Depot. Every time I’m shopping at Zhome Depot the employees are friendly and always greet me and my dog. We both enjoy our shopping trips at Home Depot. The store manager, Gil McDonald, ALWAYS makes it a point to stop what he’s doing and offer help, not just to me but to anyone who looks as lost as I am while shopping. I appreciate the extra care. My time is valuable and I just want to get in and out as quickly as possible

                    Paving Stone Purchase
                    I needed assistance with the large 24x24" paving stones. I can't remember the assistant's name. I believe it was Michael. He was very polite and professional. The paving stones are too heavy for me to lift anymore, but he took care of it. I think he deserves to be acknowledge for his courtesy.

                      I needed help finding a new ceiling fixture that was not in stock, apparently it is a popular fixture. The young lady who helped me showed me the best way to order this item and it was available the same day for pick up. I appreciate the quick, swift delivery of my fixture.

                        Cashier had no telephone to get ahold of the front or to call somebody to load my 88 lb brick. Another customer had to help me. No employees out on the floor

                            Store needs severe improvement
                            Difficult return process. Narrow aisles because the feel the need to sell crap down the middle of the aisle, and people stop dead in their tracks when they need to get out of the way. DOES NOT HELP WITH AISLES BEING NARROW AND ATTEMPTING TO NAVIGATE LARGE FLAT CARTS!!! ABSOLUTELY ZERO REASON FOR DOGS/PETS TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE STORE. THEY NEED TO STAY HOME!!!!

                                Bad customer service
                                Made a purchase in February, 2025. Took approximately 6 months to work on the problem. still not solved.

                                  Come ready to be your own expert because the employees don’t know the products they sell. Took four tries to get the right tool out of the cages. Guess they are there as loss control “specialists” not product specialists

                                    This is my go to store for products. Many experts available for questions we have on product choice and use. Only negative is sometimes not getting help to carry heavy items to car.

                                      Awful customer service.
                                      Needed a milwaukee light that was locked up. Took over 20 min to find someone to get it. Was not at a busy time. Lots of employees were milling about but were unwilling to help.

                                        Very helpful in locating products with patience. I have spent many hours at the Mansfield location trying to make the best decision for my purchase (quality/price). I am very happy to return anytime I need products or appliances.

                                          Great Experience
                                          JC and his employees rock! I drove 40 minutes one way and passed at least 4 HD stores to get there, because they had a tool box in stock. I will continue to make the drive to Mansfield, just because of JC and his crew. It is enjoyable to know there are people out there that believe the customer experience is what it is all about. Thank you Mr. JC! JC could do HD well, to travel around the Metroplex and train others on how to take care of the customer and how to train others to enjoy their job. It shows in Mansfield.

                                            Great store management, friendly, kind efficient employees
                                            I absolutely love going to this store location. Many of the employees greet me by my name, which I suppose they paid attention to my hundreds of store trips and using my Home Depot credit card. The manager, Gil McDonald, he is the kindest person, he also greets me by my name since he’s helped me with several special orders. He and his employees are especially kind to my service dog, Mia. Love the energy that this site has.

                                              I waited for 30 minutes to get someone to unlock a weed eater I wanted to buy. Multiple employees walked right past without any offer of help. I asked two different employees if they could find someone to get the weed eaters unlocked but just stood there waiting. I got the impression they could care less whether I shop there or not and actually felt like it was a bother to have to unlock the weed eaters for me

                                                I had some issues with dead plants. Ran into manager Gil McDonald while shopping. He solved my issue in minutes and I was off purchasing new plants and other gardening supplies. I absolutely appreciate the kind person that Gil is and his willingness to help. Always a huge help. Thank you Gil 👍🏼

                                                    Look at your receipt!
                                                    Carefully look at your receipt. I purchased $73 worth of items and checked out in the garden section. I did not save my paper receipt. I check the credit card online and was charged $80. Where'd the money go? Fraud? I will be watching the employee at check out from now on and keeping my receipt.

                                                        I was charged three times for the same purchase, and no Home Depot representative seems to know how to fix it. Since their employees are unable to resolve the issue, I’m now working with my bank to dispute the charges!

                                                          I recently purchased a home in this area, and I have visited the Mansfield store multiple times to purchase things from various departments. Each visit has been productive and pleasant. The staff has greeted me warmly and asked if I needed assistance. Then they proceeded to help me find what I needed. I really like this Home Depot location.

                                                            Mixed Feelings
                                                            Used to love this location, but it seems like the turn over rate has risen. Not very many familiar faces and the new people are not quick to greet or even help. Good choice on service desk staff with Alisha though. Always helpful when needed and unless shes busy says “welcome to the store”. Could use a few more like her.
