My first window order was not made correctly. The windows were the wrong size and did not have all the features that I thought I was paying for. It was a waste of time because the windows wouldn't fit. I ended up returning them and re-ordering windows of the right size and with the features that I wanted. When re-ordering, I talked to an associate who knew what to do to order the windows correctly. I'm confident that this new order will be correct. The people at this store are very helpful.

This store is always so neat and clean . Always have numerous products to choose from. As a women I love shopping at this Home Depot just as much or not more than my husband.

The store was clean and while looking for outdoor plants, just so much to choose from. Can't wait to go back and pick up more.

Took a while to find help. Had inventory - just could not find it.

There was an impressive and sometimes overwhelming availability of store associates who helped me locate products that were eventually purchased.

Frank the department supervisor was great today. He helped assist me today and knew exactly what I needed.

The store was in immaculate shape compared to any other Home Depot.

good and easy to find products. In and out in a snap. Friendly Employees. Out of Town and needed supplies to fix some plumbing problems for my Aunt.

The associates at this store are busy doing stocking, It's hard to find someone to help

After a horrible experience at Lowe's I walked into HD in a bad mood, but walked out smiling! Everyone helped us, found what we needed and helped us find it for a great price!

Very nice store compared to other Home Depot stores I have shopped at in the past. Two associates there's were very friendly and helpful named Ted and Beverly. An associate named Tish was very rude and seemed to have an ugly attitude when I asked her a question about a certain item I was interested in purchasing.

I was able to find all my soldering needs and have plenty of time to get home, get the job done & get home!

..have what I need, i know where everything is, Have used this store many times generally dont need help, but never had a problem finding help if i needed it

Good luck in getting associate help at this store. I asked for help from three associates in the tool section, the first two said they didn't work in that section but would get help, disappeared, and help never came. Finally a third associate came by that didn't work in the tool dept. but knew where to find my product. There is never anyone in the tool dept. and I have shopped here since this store opened in Mansfield. On a positive note, they always offer help in the garden/nursery dept, but good luck if you need help with tools.

It was a great experience. I've been shopping at this location for years.

Jeff, in the appliance department, has brought my faith back when it comes to good customer service due to his honesty and commitment to helping me find the perfect product and not overspending. He actually remembered me from my last purchase at home depot, now that is impressive. Thanks Jeff

Tish helped us with our purchases today and was so helpful and friendly. Tish helped to order a Toro trimmer online since it was not stocked in the stores but does show online.Thanks again, Home Depot for the super staff at this location.

The loading of lumber and sheet goods are always the things I don't enjoy. But this location was very helpful I was checked out and loaded up in less than 10 minutes. Thanks!

After I weed ate my outdoor solar light cord in half, I started out to my neighborhood Home Depot to see if I could fix it myself. After seeing a dizzying array of thingamabobs and whatchamacallits I was thoroughly confused! A young millennial sales associate, seeing my distress, came up to see if he could help. After I explained my dilemma, he got all the parts I needed and repaired my wire all the while teaching me how to do it myself! Now I have the proper tools AND the knowledge to fix a cut wire. We also had a great discussion on Steam Punk Art and Inventions!

Amazing guest/customer service. Always available to help. If an associate dosn't know the answer they call someone who will know. Even if they don't carry a product, they will recommend/call someone who may have what you need. The Pro staff Ricky Nedra and Mike. Customer service John and Beverly. And Register associates Monique and Cheryl are friendly and always have a smile. I cant say enough about the experience of shopping there regularly. Visit this store!

This store is close to home. Associates are friendly and very helpful. If they don't know about a product, they don't make something up, they try to find someone else who does know. It seems like I'm in there at least 1-2 times a week and never gets boring.

The store associates are knowledgeable and helpful from the big projects to the small rerouting plumbing projects. If on the rare occasions I cannot find what I need they help me find it else where near me.

I would like to say thanks again to Vera Willems the Assistant Manager who made our visit to the Mansfield store a Complete Success!

Without fail there is always someone to help me in this store. Today, I did not have to go find an associate to answer my questions they were right there asking me if I needed help. Today was a Saturday so you expect to have to hunt for an associate because it is busy. It just seemed like there was always someone to help.
