Normally hate self checkout, but the Gentleman was so helpful . Bagged my items and even offered me help to the car!

The aisles are clogged with display items that re already on the shelves elsewhere blocking traffic and making fir a messy store and less that great shopping experience

Several sales associates quickly and pleasantly assisted me with finding the items I needed and the cashier was helpful and even allowed me to quickly retrieve a couple of items I needed because I couldn't count correctly.

I had a problem with two noisy ceiling fans that I had installed. The store management worked with me and sent someone out to resolve the problem. I am so impressed with the store's commitiment to customer satisfaction.

My cashier understood and could process Home Depot's Price Match easily making my visit very satisfying.

Great store to go to for building supplies. Staffs were helpful.

I have followed this Store Manager around 3 stores. I know I will be welcome and if the store doesn't have what I want it will be found at another store or it will be ordered on line for me. I am old and don't have a clue about on-line shopping. Doesn't matter, one of the associates will always do the ordering for me!

Everything was good in the maplegrove store except customer care support.

At checkout my cashier was nice enough to mention if Home Depot Credit Card application was completed I would get an immediate $25 off my total. I appreciate him mentioning that, ever little bit of savings helps these days.

I use to strictly go to Menards for all my home improvement items but after one trip to the Maple Grove Home Depot location I had a new favorite store. My experience here was better than all of my previous trips to Menards had been. The store was very well organized. They had everything I needed. And the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I worked with Judy in particular who I found to be very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. I work in the field of home improvement so typically I don't need assistance with anything but with her it was actually beneficial to get her input and assistance. It felt as though she knew as much, if not more, about the items I was looking at than I did. I am very good at what I do so that fact that she was on my level really impressed me. I will definitely be shopping here again and my family and I will be Home Depot people from now on.

Associate was rude and condescending. Argued with me that HD didn't have a refrigerator that I was showing him on my phone....I was on the HD website!

I injured my back awhile ago and shopping is still a pain. I placed and payed for an order online and had my wife stop on her way home to pick it up. It was so nice that your store had everything ready to go so she didn't have to go shopping for me. Thank you! Home Depot. P.s. What a time saver.....

Everyone was so helpful. I left with all the paint and tools I needed. Each associate I talked to was very helpful and kind.

We were looking for a washer and dryer and Tom in appliances led us to exactly what we were looking for. He was polite and we connected with him in his knowledge of the appliances and we were satisfied with his answers to our questions.

The store was clean and organized. I enjoyed my trip for supplies . It's not too often a customer gets one on one service these days

My wife and I were in the unfortunate situation of needing to replace our water heater this past week. We had a few options we had discussed beforehand on which models to look at, but were not sure on what we would do for install (which contractor to use). Once in store, the sale associate Tom was able to guide us in the right direction, and was very upfront about options and cost of installs with Home Depot's own installation services. They ended up being the most competitive and were able to get us in for installation quickly!

I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Maple Grove, MN for business and personal purchases. Always friendly, courteous service with quality products which my customers expect as well as myself. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

We walked into Home Depot with the sole purpose of purchasing a dishwasher. Ours had died and it was time to replace it. We had a specific brand and finish that we were hoping to purchase but were overwhelmed with the options and decided we would leave and do our research online before making a final decision . That is when the spunky, youthful sales associate, Helen, approached us and asked if she could help. She was great at pointing out different features and configurations and ultimately directed us to a model that wasn't even on the showroom floor. She did such a great job! We purchased it sight-unseen and will have it installed this week. We will definitely return to this store for future appliance purchases!

Replacing my p trap in my shower I had black abs and needed a fitting but they did not stock any abs anymore but they did have a box of returned items and had the one I needed.

We experienced great customer service when purchasing tools for our home remodeling project!

I just picked out some white ceiling paint from the store shelf and the associate asked if I wanted it shaken. I also was looking for some outdoor tape for taping plastic to my windows, I asked her where I could find it and she did not know but she pulled up a picture of the store layout on her phone and told me the exact location.

Very unhelpful store associates and very lazy staff. I will have a hard time going here over Lowe's.

i WANT TO COMMEND THIS STORE FOR PROVIDING A WORK ENVIRONMENT THAT RESULTS IN HAPPY EMPLOYEES WHO WILLINGLY FIND WAYS TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS. I WANT TO COMMEND TWO STORE ASSOCIATES FOR THEIR VERY HELPFUL SERVICE TO ME. MY BACK WAS HURTING AND THE FIRST ASSOCIATE HELPED ME THOUGH THE ENTIRE STORE EXPERIENCE, INCLUDING HELPING ME CUT MY PIECES OF PLYWOOD AND LOADING MY TRUCK. ANOTHER ASSOCIATE CAME ALONG SIDE AND NOTICE THAT I WAS PURCHASING SEVERAL SHEETS OF PLYWOOD AND HE (WITHOUT ASKING AND ON HIS OWN INITIATIVE) ASSISTED THE OTHER ASSOCIATE IN LOADING AND CUTTING MY PLYWOOD WHICH RESULTED IN A VERY EFFICIENT OPERATION. BECAUSE OF THESE TWO ASSOCIATES, I DON'T THINK THAT I HAVE EVER HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE AT HOME DEPOT. BECAUSE OF THERE UNSOLICITED HELP, I HAVE DECIDED TO OPEN A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT AT HOME DEPOT! WHAT A GREAT STORE!!! SURVEY FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR RECEIPT: I TOOK THE SURVEY FOUND ON THE BOTTOM OF THE RECEIPT AND IT WAS FAST AND EASY. THE SURVEY ASKED ME TO CONSIDER CAREFULLY MY ANSWERS BECAUSE I HAD ANSWERED THE SAME RESPONSE FOR SEVERAL QUESTIONS. I HAD THE SAME RESPONSE BECAUSE I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED. WHAT A GREAT HOME DEPOT!!!

We appreciate that sales associates in each department are knowledgeable about their area. We are novice DIYers and really appreciate their guidance.

The associate that I worked with in the lumber department was extremely helpful and friendly. He took the time to ask me questions about the project I was working on and why I had selected the material I had. He gave me suggestions for working with the product and went out of his way to cut the material and took pride in his work.

The associate was friendly, grate full and help full. I am glad he was the one to make the sale. Nice guy.

WOW, WOW and WOW !! I was truly amazed by the level of Customer Service I received from Thomas Gau, Sean (BDC5890) and the man who helped me load my car. What great teamwork and friendly service they provided me!! I had a special project which required some cutting of foam boards to be done in-store because they were too large to fit in my car . I was not sure how I was going to get the boards cut at the store and was a bit stumped, when suddenly Thomas and Sean appeared like Superheros do to literally SAVE THE DAY!! All they were missing were their capes. With smiles on their faces and eager to help, they took on the project of cutting the boards for me. They turned out fantastically perfect! I was so pleased and thankful for all their suggestions and actions to solve my dilemma! Just when I thought my trip to the Maple Grove Home Depot couldn't get any better, it DID! Once I was in the parking lot, I encountered a problem. Although the boards fit in the car, I could not see out my passenger side mirror. It was not safe to drive like that. Again, I was unsure of what to do when suddenly ANOTHER Superhero Employee appeared and solved the problem for me! He suggested taking the head rest off of the seat. I tried that and it worked! The boards then fit and I could then see out the mirror to drive safely. My visit to your store was with no doubt my best ever. I don't think your employees could get any more helpful, happier or inventful. Again, WOW! THANKS GUYS!!
